We love Edelweiss, especially during Oktoberfest! While is was quiet last night... not unexpected on a Monday, everything was still top notch! Our waitress, Julia, was delightful and added to our enjoyment of the evening! Food was fabulous! I'm pretty particular about my beef stroganoff and this version did not disappoint! Rich flavor and plenty of it! All in all, a great night out!
Ambient on patio was good, food so so, nothing tasted wow. Sort of bland. Goulash soup tasted as tomato soup, mac n cheese taste and look as from box, bread as store bought, pretzel was good sauces were nahhh. I was disappointed with this place. Won't come back
This place really sticks out with its timber framing design similar to an archetypal Bavarian chalet. The interior is just as interesting which is a nice break from the minimalism and exposed duct work we see in most places today. On weekends you're very likely to hear live traditional German music which is a nice touch. It's not overly noisy like you might expect, so you can still have a conversation with your table. The band is fairly interactive and tries to involve...
