First time at this restaurant.. came for a concert with my hubby and just googled a nice spot for breakfast.. and came here. The service from our waiter Caleb was fantastic! He was attentive friendly and made our experience great! I will come back 100% for sure!!! I will ask for Caleb for sure! It’s the person that serves you at restaurants that make the experience enjoyable and make you want to come again. Thank you Caleb!

Don't have breakfast there even though the service is very friendly and the place is beautiful, the food was very bad, I ordered some eggs Benedict with spinach and bacon and everything lacked salt

Nice place, my 2nd visit with friends. Food is consistently good. Nicely prepared and presented. Service was attentive, just how I like it. Saturday 10am, it was loud and somewhat difficult to hear. I’ll go back next time I’m in the area

I’ve been going to the Cumberland Ellys restaurant for years and all the staff are great people but one server with an attitude , got into a verbal argument ) guy with tattoos . so bad for business .

We visited this place for the very first time and had an amazing experience. Our server Linda was very friendly and helpful when it came down to helping us with the menu! All staff were kind and attentive to whatever we needed. There aren’t many places that are as quick and efficient with service to their customers. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Delicious good with excellent service. This was the perfect place for our family to get breakfast after taking an early flight home.

Kid-friendliness: They have Oreo pancakes! Kid drinks come with a lid and straw, which is always helpful.

I bet the food would have tasted better if i didn't have to wait for syrup. I had water and was told it would be refilled with new water. The legends for told of the water refill. The water refill wasn't there when we needed it the most.

Probably a good place to eat... maybe... just needs more attention and follow through.

Highly recommend!! Super friendly and fast service. Perfectly cooked omelet, light fluffy and just a little creamy. Perfect portion of hash browns and two nicely sized pancakes. All for $16. Clean fresh and spacious interior. Will definitely go out of my way next time passing through O’Hare.
