I was told the serving cup would cost about $10 by the staff there. Instead it cost almost $20 USD for a less than $5 valued cup of frozen yogurt. Never again. First & last time here.

We often try to come here and 2 out of the last 3 times we have arrived close to an hour before the closing hours displayed online. We came to find the lights off and doors locked with a handwritten note on the door stating that they closed early. I can see a one-off situation but this is becoming a regular thing. Great way to inconvenience your loyal local customer base. Wonder if your corporate office knows of this regular practice. Maybe they should be made aware of it or maybe better yet update your online hours! If you close at 8pm then make sure the information is accurate and not show 9pm. Get it together people!

The customer service not nice, I been eating and order there and asking for restroom and she said the restroom is closed at 6pm, I thought this’s very upset for me cause I spending on here and won’t come back
Just wanted some hot chocolate, it took 20 minutes to make? 1 was ok the other on the cold side? Anyways, I asked for a refund as the beverages were no acceptable. Been to a location on Clark Street, never had a problem? I haven't got a refund yet as the attendant didn't know how to do that? Wrote my information down for her to give to her manager to process a refund?

We went to the place 6 times and we always came back. They served the same two flavors, raspberry and strawberry. Today, the strawberry flavor was very bitter and tasted quite bad. We complained and they only told us that they couldn't do anything and that they were going to close, so we had to throw out the strawberry flavor because it tasted quite bad. We thought it was in bad taste because we are frequent customers and they didn't give us the slightest importance...
