The staff working there is horrible! I went to get my favorite drink the white chocolate caramel. I asked for extra caramel drizzle in the cup. When I saw the new girl make it, her and the other coworker were talking and laughing so loudly I tried to speak up and say can you add more caramel drizzle in my cup. But she didn’t hear me. Then when she handed me my drink I said can you add more caramel drizzle. She rolled her eyes and the other coworker said she did, and I said I don’t see any on here. Then told me I need to clarify what I want for my drink. So rude I don’t know who is hiring them but they need to find someone else because she was aweful.
It felt comfortable to dine here.
This caf has such a cozy vibe that I could easily spend hours reading or working here.
I got the banana smoothie and it's disgusting 🤮. I don't think they used real banana but they have real fruits in the photos, very misleading. Tastes like baby banana formula .

Been going here a long time and the quality and service has severely declined. I recently ordered and the barista completely fumbled my order (she acknowledge that she misheard me) and instead of remaking the drink that I ordered she attempted to charge me for an additional drink. The manager on duty at the time was about 16 and aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of diffusing the situation she proceeded to contradict what the company policy was and cause a scene in front of other customers. An additional manager showed up and proceeded to correct the situation.
