Been going here a long time and the quality and service has severely declined. I recently ordered and the barista completely fumbled my order (she acknowledge that she misheard me) and instead of remaking the drink that I ordered she attempted to charge me for an additional drink. The manager on duty at the time was about 16 and aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of diffusing the situation she proceeded to contradict what the company policy was and cause a scene in front of other customers. An additional manager showed up and proceeded to correct the situation.

I don’t know what these girls do here, or what magic that stir up their drinks with but I go almost everyday because I work in the mall with them too. Every drink they make, it’s just heaven in a cup.

Everyone of these girls, I don’t know their names but I’m sure I’ve seen all the staff at this point, they are all so talented, patient and super sweet!! Idk about me but corporate gotta give them a raise first ⭐️

Normally I always have good experience but the last time was terrible.The milk was rotten and they claimed they got it today. Then why is there chunks on top? And I thought maybe it was the style of the drink but I took a sip and instantly spit it out. Tasted so rotten and sickening. Went back and told the worker (turns out to be a manager) and she offers to make me another coffee the exact same -_- so I ask for money back instead but! She told me no refunds on drinks. So then she tells me I can get another drink but at that point I don’t trust any of the coffee. So instead I get a plain iced coffee which is $2 and the other drink was $5. She gives me a small iced coffee and I said this is not the same price.She proceeds to tell me “we normally don’t do this but I wanted to be nice”.They lost a loyal customer after this situation. I do not recommend anymore due to mangers reactions and the terrible ROTTEN coffee
