A friend recommended Hoa My and it immediately became my go-to spot for Chinese. The food is delicious.
The food here was very average. I have had much better tasting Chinese food at other restaurants. I wanted to try a new restaurant, so I ended up at Hoa. The atmosphere is outdated and not very inviting or conducive for dining here. I ordered my food for take out/carry out. The egg rolls tasted frozen. Not fresh. My shrimp fried rice was average.
