Got a ham for Christmas it didn't taste normal. Tasted excessively salty and smokey not sweet at all. Don't use this location their product is trash.

I walked in to purchase a ham. Service is fast and friendly helpful. Bought a ham here for New Years. It's really good and a flavorful smoked variety. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful for the weight I was looking for. Answered questions about serving suggestions related to warming. AAA+

Horrible customer service. I stood in line this morning just to find out that they didn’t have any ham slices. I was told they wouldn’t make anymore until this afternoon. So I drove there for nothing.i went to the location in villa park and they had plenty of ham slices and the people were pleasant. I will never go to the norridge location again.

Came in to order a ham for Thanksgiving. The manager told me I can just come in anytime and didn’t have to pre-order. I thought that was kind of odd considering Thanksgiving is their busiest day of the year. He literally refused to take my order.

I ended up going to the Morton Grove location where they followed protocol- took my order, sent me emailed confirmation etc.

I will never return to this location.

Kendall greeted me at th3 door to acknowledge I came in. I told her I wanted a bone in ham. What were my options. 8 pounds was I interested in? I said maybe seven or eight pounds. She went into the refrigerator more than once to show me the size of the ham and the Turkey breast and I appreciate that. I like to see the shape to see how small or big it is, so I can see if it would feed my family. I appreciate all the hard work. I was amazed on how much knowledge she had of the honey baked ham store, plus how much temperature to put in the oven, and how to serve it. I was like wow, and she gave me a piece of paper. That also has information on how to cook and serve ham and turkey. I also noticed that she was always smiling. She really loves her job, She was friendly and polite. I appreciate all that That definitely would encourage me to come back. This was my first time ever coming and she made it very pleasant. Thank you soon much.
