Got a ham for Christmas it didn't taste normal. Tasted excessively salty and smokey not sweet at all. Don't use this location their product is trash.

Horrible customer service. I stood in line this morning just to find out that they didn’t have any ham slices. I was told they wouldn’t make anymore until this afternoon. So I drove there for nothing.i went to the location in villa park and they had plenty of ham slices and the people were pleasant. I will never go to the norridge location again.

Came in to order a ham for Thanksgiving. The manager told me I can just come in anytime and didn’t have to pre-order. I thought that was kind of odd considering Thanksgiving is their busiest day of the year. He literally refused to take my order.

I ended up going to the Morton Grove location where they followed protocol- took my order, sent me emailed confirmation etc.

I will never return to this location.

Kendall greeted me at th3 door to acknowledge I came in. I told her I wanted a bone in ham. What were my options. 8 pounds was I interested in? I said maybe seven or eight pounds. She went into the refrigerator more than once to show me the size of the ham and the Turkey breast and I appreciate that. I like to see the shape to see how small or big it is, so I can see if it would feed my family. I appreciate all the hard work. I was amazed on how much knowledge she had of the honey baked ham store, plus how much temperature to put in the oven, and how to serve it. I was like wow, and she gave me a piece of paper. That also has information on how to cook and serve ham and turkey. I also noticed that she was always smiling. She really loves her job, She was friendly and polite. I appreciate all that That definitely would encourage me to come back. This was my first time ever coming and she made it very pleasant. Thank you soon much.

Very expensive and nothing but problems the last 3 holiday orders in a row.

As always the best food great ham grape mashed potatoes great gravy great cheesecake great macaroni and cheese my Christmas was great with honey baked ham I love it and I will continue doing this until I die it was a great dinner loved it portions perfect great customer service and Cicero Illinois go on there for the first time loved it usually go to the one on Ashland in Chicago Illinois
