Do not order from here. They send bad fruit and then do not want to hold accountability for it. They reroute you to Uber instead of refunding the $5 directly which is a quick and simple fix. Save yourselves the money and visit Cozy Corner on Harlem where it’s always fresh! They sent bad fruits while there was no manager in charge. How could they have no person in charge? They also didn’t refund me the items their staff had forgotten to send. Ulysses the manager could do a better job at managing. For example be there at all times of his shift to supervise.

To start off, staff seen us walking in and didn’t sit us down or give us menus, I had to personally get up to get them, specifically one old women(hispanic) who works there had an attitude with us the whole time, at the end I had to take my wife to the bathroom because she felt sick most likely because of the food, soon after we find out the same lady is accusing us of not wanting to pay and threatening to call the cops when we were going to pay. And at the end we didn’t get exact change back. Horrible customer service Wouldn’t recommend never coming back

The staff were so rude. They didnt give us our change back. Worst Ihop in Town they need training all off of the staff. Food was gross and moldy! They said it was normal? No food should have mold at all?! Worst food ever gave me and my family the worst food poisoning ever! Had to go the ER!!!

Terrible service, waiting more than 50 minutes for food, they force you to pay 18% for more than 6 people and it was only 4 people and they even place orders that you don't consume. A very regrettable situation I experienced here in this restaurant.

My sister and I went out for breakfast to celebrate my birthday. When we walked in, another couple entered at the same time. Both of our parties were seated, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one came to greet us or even take our drink orders. We noticed that the other couple who arrived with us had already received their food and were eating. Additionally, another couple that arrived 15 minutes after us, seated in the same section, also received their meals.
Despite our efforts to get the attention of the servers, my sister and I couldn't get any service, so we decided to leave. We went to the Denny’s down the street instead. At Denny’s, they greeted us right away and took our order quickly. The service at Denny’s was very nice and pleasant.

Tables and floors were so dirty that we didn’t even wanted to sit and wait to order. I am not taking my chances over there. I can not even imagine how dirty is kitchen than.
We didn’t see our server for 10 minutes after seating and after we got food never saw him again- had to go fetch our check. Only 3-4 other tables full at the time.. good food but terrible service
