ordered an oatmeal with strawberries, banana, and Nutella. While eating, I noticed that the bananas had black in the middle. I had already eaten about half of them when I thought, what the heck is this? I took it back to the store to ask about it, and they told me, “It’s okay, they’re just ripe.” Honestly, it didn’t look or feel okay to me.

Manager Luis was rude and disrespectful. Paid $30 for a small and medium drink and bowl. Neither was full or complete. The manager didn't care to fix the issue. People pay to much to get half service and manager don't care and says go somewhere else next time.

I had a fantastic experience at Jamba Juice in the Norridge Mall, and it’s all thanks to Anna! She made my Mango-a-Go-Go smoothie with such care and precision, and it was absolutely perfect—refreshing, delicious, and full of flavor. Anna’s customer service went above and beyond; she greeted me with a warm smile and was genuinely attentive, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really made my day! If you’re stopping by Jamba Juice in Norridge, I highly recommend visiting Anna for a smoothie done right. Five stars for a fantastic experience, outstanding service, and one of the best smoothies I've had!

I don't often get Jamba, but when i do it's at this mall and the drinks are well made, but the service is always very weird. Usually when I order from here someone is giving me passive aggressiveness. Not sure why, but i don't blame them. The mall can be chaotic and customers can be a handful, but it's still not necessary to take it out on others hoping for a good quick experience!

The workers were screaming and acting very reckless. It was very dirty as well and a roach ran across the counter!! It’s disgusting. Do not go here.
Recently ordered a smoothie bowl and forgot to mention my food allergy. Instead of attitude from staff I was met with perfect accommodations and friendly attitudes. She stepped away for a second to clarify with her coworker to see if any of my allergens were added into my bowl and remade it for me. 10/10 for accommodations and service.

We love Jamba Juice. But this time around we we're a little concerned when we ordered a Acai Bowel without blueberries and coconut ( Due to a food allergy). We watched them make everything we ordered and noticed blueberries we're still put inside the Acai Bowel. We than asked if those items were put in the bowel and the young lady stated no on the coconut. I than expressed the reason I asked and expressed that we noticed the blueberries were added. The young lady and her coworker stood quite and walked away, disregarded our concerns. Definitely don't think lying or playing around with food allergies should be okay . No accommodations we're made or refunds. Disappointing.
