Had a mix-up between a draft and bottle of the same beer, same size, and instead of fixing the problem ($3 difference) the Manager, Bruno said he couldn't change the ticket. Offered a coupon for a dessert for a future visit instead of fixing $3 difference. Claims the manager can't change the check... Which everyone knows is BS.

The Latino guy with the piercing and earrings was the one who took care of us. Despite how crowded the place was and how short-staffed they were, he treated us incredibly well. Excellent service and great attention — he’s definitely someone who has that special customer service touch that many people need. I don’t know his name, but thank you so much for your attention. I truly hope the restaurant values you and takes you into great consideration. Thank you.

Fun atmosphere, great for a birthday celebration, they will bring out a horse saddle foe the birthday girl or boy to sit on while they sing! Good price for portion size.

This was my first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse, my son took me out for a lunch/dinner date. I have to say, I truly enjoyed myself. The food was delicious, the restaurant and restroom were very clean, and our server was professional and kind. Because of the great service, we left a nice tip. I’ll definitely be returning!

How is this considered medium well!? This happened back in November and I’m just annoyed with the situation and how unprofessional it was all handled.
It’s insane that they gave us this bloody steak and called it medium well. Unfortunately this order was a pick up so we obviously didn’t know until we were home ready to eat it. Immediately cutting in I see the blood, I cut other areas thinking maybe part of it wasn’t cooked well but it was all bloody. Obviously wasn’t going to be able to eat it that way. When my husband called to get this resolved, they seemed to be questioning him and not believing him. He was placed on hold multiple times. They wanted it brought back so they can see for themselves and go from there, but It was late already and we weren’t going to go all the way back with the steak that night to get them to cook it for longer as it’s unfair for them to expect us to be furthered inconvenienced. I ate the sides and called it a night. They promised a credit for it that would go to his account, but that never happened.
Also for some time the ribeye steak is overly seasoned with pepper. As much as we say light on the seasoning, they still go heavy.
The only reason I don’t rate it less is because we’ve gone for years and this had never happened before. Usually the service and food is fine, but they handled this all so poorly and it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I had a ribeye steak. It was outstanding. Also, it was a ribeye with no bone.

My waitress Sharol E. was great, very friendly. I had the 7 pepper crusted new york strip steak & it was great. Came here for my b-day dinner & everything was perfect. Will definitely return & ask for the same waitress & to be seated in her area.
