Good stakes and amazing choice of sides. The service was good, I didn't even need to ask for refills, they just brought it to you. I kinda see if thats could be a problem for some people. But from me it's a A+.

The Atmosphere is similar like Olive garden. Pack booths, large family tables. For a small building it's pack inside but no one's is waiting in line or sitting on a bench, so you will always find a spot to eat...

I can say that this is more like a fancy T.R.H but T.R.H gives you a lot more meat for the price.

Luis our server goes above and beyond, he makes sure our meals are prepared accurately and always takes extra time to ensure we had a good. We are at LH every week because of the great food and great Service.

We went yesterday to celebrate my sons birthday. The waiter we had seemed like he did not want to help us at all. Everything started off fine but once the drinks came out he didnt come back to ask us if we needed anything. He would go help the tables that were next to ua but seemed liked he was avoiding coming to our table. He slammed one of our drinks down at the table. I asked for a cup of water with a lid for my baby and he didnt even bother to give us a straw. Once the food came out he forgot our rice we had to ask another waiter to tell him and again he didnt bother to come back to ask if we needed anything. Towards the end he's like do you want dessert no ok here is your bill. So rude. We didnt even get to enjoy like we wanted to during our celebration.

First time I had a horrible experience at this location. I’m usually always pleased, today after being taken care of by Gabriel my opinion has changed. But I will like to shoutout PHI, and I wish I knew the other guys name but their service is always immaculate. Give that guy some tips because as I was eating my cold food that he didn’t even bring I hear him tell the host “thanks for my two last tables, no tip per usual” that guy there let those two tables discourage him and ruined my dinner and his own tip. He could’ve got a great tip if I had a great dinner he can ask the other waiters. I do appreciate his effort tho, but my advice don’t let a bad tip mess up your next tip.

I often order from Norridge restaurant and always stakes were well prepared (medium/well done). I ordered from them 3 dinners today and this is what I get medium/well done sirloin steak 😤.

Food ok, service kind of trying but not. Granted it is a holiday but I guess they don’t train their servers to be nice on holidays… oh well

We started out with the Texas onion for the appetizer. I found it was a little salty nevertheless, it was good.
I ordered comfort food, chop steak smothered with mushrooms, caramelized onions, mashed potatoes. I loved it. I thought it was delicious, cooked to perfection. I asked for medium well and it was medium well..
My husband had the Parmesan crusted chicken with broccoli, it was moist not dry. He said it was a good choice. So if you like comfort food, I would definitely try that chop steak I’m not much of a steak eater, the chop steak was amazing. I was a little leery at the beginning, service was a little slow and I thought oh no this isn’t gonna be good but everything worked out. It was actually very good.
