I think this mall location lacks good management. I was there over the summer, and both times, they had new hires working the register, with a trainer, during lunch hour. That is hard for the new employee as well as the customers lining up.I was there on Halloween this year (2023). They were understaffed, so maybe not a location fault, but the rude employees made it more unfavorable. They also did not have updated prices on the board (the $1.89 large soda was over $2). Fries and top bun on a McDouble were hard, so that was not enjoyable either. Best to avoid this location if you have other favorable options.

Awful service, order was wrong and was accused of ordering incorrectly. Ordered a quarter Pounder plain with no cheese. I told the cashier just the bun and burger. I opened the box and of course it has cheese. A short, skinny blonde told me I need to be more specific and was telling me I ordered with cheese. Then she asked the cashier what I ordered and he lied of course. I should have know disaster was looming as the three orders ahead of me were all wrong. Someone who ordered ice cream was given 3 big Macs, just an utter mess. As I left I asked the skinny blonde her name and she refused to give it. No name tag, just a nasty attitude for no reason. Whoever owns this mcd should pay closer attention to this store.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard and extra pickles and I got some black onions and some like black stuff off the grill , I’m guessing. Went back to tell them if they can replace it with a new burger. The Gentleman at the register was sitting there, laughing while I was explaining it to the girl the whole time I don’t find it very funny, and then he refused to give me his name. I will be getting in contact with corporate
