My husband ordered these as a surprise to be delivered and they did such a good/cute job. Everything was handwritten and it had a special touch not to mention all the sweet treats were so delicious! Honestly, it was going the extra mile for me.

I purchased a sugar cookie which was stale. The employee, Reese, admitted it was stale when I took it to her but stated I could not get a refund nor could she exchange the stale cookie for a fresher one. Molly's is unprofessional and has absolutely NO commitment to serving freshly made goods or delivering great customer service. I'm very disappointed that I paid for a stale cookie and Molly's didn't even bother to take ownership of this issue. I left messages for the owner of this location to contact me and they never did. Ridiculous.

Love this place such a vibe!! Everything taste so good!! The story is such an incredible one. A student starts the business after his teacher passes away in honor of all the cupcakes she made for their class.
Absolutely love Mollys cupcakes! This location has personally always been my favorite due to the amazing service! I’ve been coming on a weekly basis and the people are wonderful ! The creme Brûlée and the cheesecake will always be my favorites! My kids adore how sweet the workers are and they absolutely love the swings!

Today was my 3rd time having a different cupcake. I was never happy with their cupcakes, but I wanted to continue to give them a try. Today I had the red velvet cream cheese cupcake. I can now say I am not a fan of their cupcakes. They don't taste fresh and the cream cheese tasted terrible. If I'm paying $5 - $6 for a cupcake, it better taste like the best thing I ever had. I will not be stopping by anymore.

Cupcakes are delicious and the workers are so kind and professional. I would give a 5 star review except I learned that if we leave a tip, the manager takes all of it, the workers do not get anything....shame on you for taking the tip money all for yourself, the employees deserve better and if the employees make the sale they should be the ones getting the tip!

Molly's cupcakes is a great place in the Harlem and Irving mall to get a handmade gourmet cupcake. They have such a fantastic variety of flavors we couldn't decide which ones to get. We purchased the peach cobbler cupcake and a Samoa cupcake. Both of them were fantastic and very flavorful!
You know, I love me some cupcakes, as does my girlfriend, sisters, distant homies, what have you. And Molly's is the place to go, with their mouth-watering assortment of delicate treats for all to savor. The food is addictive, and the staff are friendly, too, and you'll easily walk away with a couple of cupcakes. However, one best be mindful with the prices in today's ever-changing climate. A six-pack of cupcakes is going to be more than what you expect, though you can anticipate fantastic tasting desserts nonetheless. Also, this is a nice location for Molly's, set within a shopping mall. More visibility, more annoying kids clamoring for vibrant foods, more cupcakes. I can dig it, but the prices are disappointing if you plan to purchase multiple treats.

Molly’s Cupcakes isn’t the same no more. The cupcakes are somewhat good but the atmosphere isn’t the same. There is a lot of new works who don’t seem like they even want to be there. I haven’t seen some of the old girls (guessing they quit or something) who I used to talk to who were energetic and welcoming. They were always nice and welcoming. Now going there, it’s not the same. The seasonal cupcakes aren’t the same anymore either. The first time they opened, the seasonal cupcakes were amazing! They are okay now but just don’t taste the same. I still have love for Molly’s Cupcakes, but this location ain’t the same anymore :(
