I love Noodles but I was really grossed out the other day when I saw 2 younger guys bringing in garbage cans and going to the back, getting an apron with no time to wash hands and then walks in the kitchen behind the counter and starts loading up bowls w noodles. I said something to the main employee but didn't look like much came from it. I won't be going back for quite awhile as I am super disgusted.

I ordered Uber just now, the butter noodles were dry there was hardly any sauce. If I wanted to eat plain noodles I would’ve cooked them at home.

I was just here and ordered the prosciutto and chicken tortellini, there was no meat at all in the pasta,and it was so watered down. if you didn't have the meat I would've never ordered what a rip off

I love the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, and this location is nearest my home. The service here has always been very good from my experience here. For quite some time, they were making the Mac and Cheese inconsistently. It would often be dry. I mentioned that in my previous review, and since then, I've noticed a marked difference. The food has been much more consistent. I think this is just another example of the great service here. They are paying attention to customer feedback. Thank you so much!

The people in charge of this restaurant are some of the most unprofessional and rude people ever. My last post of the reality of this place was taken down. The managers of the day are more concerned with mistreating coworkers than actually doing their job while the general manager is more concerned with pie throwing competitions. The general manager does not give breaks to her employees that are underage who have been working for more than 5 hours, which is illegal. Get a manager who actually knows the laws and rules for all her employees. I honestly hope things have changed since this but i doubt that the manager stopped breaking child labor laws. The MODs are even worst. As far as food and sanitation this place definitely needs to be checked, food is constantly chunky like cheese and noodles, customers constantly complain about the food and that’s no one else’s fault beside the works of this restaurant. The cooks don’t even smell good so how could they practice good hygiene and sanitation with other peoples food. Many times I witnessed the cook not use gloves and put cheese on top of the wisconsin mac and cheese orders.

Never disappointed. Always a good choice if you're feeling like having pasta or equivalent to it. Anything I tried has Great flavor. Good option for a lunch since the wait time is very reasonable. It's basically fast food

I order food to go from norridge commons on occasion. The Latina at this location wearing glasses presented an unwelcoming attitude like she didn’t want to be there. When asked about choice selections on the kids menu, she seemed more flustered. When handling my utensils and food, I did not notice her washing her hands after handling the cashier, I will not be returning to this location.
My fiancé and I ordered from here and both of our orders had no sauce, it was extremely dry. I even specified on the order to make sure sauce is included. Will NOT be ordering from here again!

I'm not one to write a review but this happens multiple times when I ordered anything with chicken. The chicken is disgusting. The chicken looks very hard and doesn't look like real chicken. The texture is very rubbery. Like I'm eating rubber. I even warmed up the chicken to see if it would change or make it better but it still gross to eat. It's disgusting and not edible.
