Employees are disorganized and clueless. They run out of items and have rows and rows of half prepared meals sitting on counter getting cold. No one is assigned to stations and they are constantly bouncing from the line to drinks to register.... Ashley packed up order incorrectly and I had to give my bag back and wait longer for correct item. Do not go there unless you love poor service and inefficient employees

I've been coming here for years, Panda has always been one of my favs. However, the quality has recently gone done. I ordered their teriyaki chicken that I used to always get in my plate, and it was disgusting I couldn't even eat one. Everyone was complaining about their food, I ordered about 4 plates for my family. I don't know if it's the new staff, lower quality food, or all of the above. I actually will never eat again. Go to a new location, or just skip Panda.

I gave it 2 stars because the food looked good. They were fast in making my plate but when it was my turn to pay they were busy doing other things. I waited 5 minutes than left. I think they need more help.

Long wait. No customer acknowledgment, employee, it took a break while there was a line 20 people deep. Also filled his plate, taking all the beef out of the beef and broccoli. When I got my food
It had no texture to it. It was just mushy i've waited over thirty minutes and did not see them bring new food out one time

I placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Not only was the order not prepared, but the staff kept promising it would be ready soon — yet they didn’t even start working on it. On top of that, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked to cancel the order due to the delay, they refused to do so or assist me properly. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I left without my food and with a terrible impression. Definitely not coming back to this location.
