Beware of the silverware when dining in. Two out of the three spoons we were given were not washed properly. Super gross. Will request to-go even if i eat it there so that I don’t have to use their dishes and silverware.

My husband and I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich on Thursday at lunch. Got food poisoning 4 hours later. My husband also got food poisoning later that evening. Needless to say will never eat at Panera again. Bad sanitation practices.

We ordered delivery of a kids size soup and a breakfast sandwich. My grandson was eating the soup and had a piece of this flexible plastic that he spit out and gave to me. While I was looking at it to see what it was he went back and starting eating and found another one. I tried to call the store to tell them to maybe stop selling the broccoli soup today, but of course no answer. Maybe they should get an answering machine?

Love Panera in Oak Brook. Easy parking, good stay. Prime lunch hours is crowed so I go pre or post the crowd.

Yesterday I visited the town of 4244 n Harlem and I had the worst experience with reference to the food, the sandwiches looked nothing like those offered in other locations, Simply terrible I hope they take action on the matter and as it tarnishes a great restaurant like Panera. For now I will look for other options
