Let’s start with service , this is at 6pm waiting for someone to help me so I can order , no one is in front except some old guy cleaning equipment. No hi no hello no nothing so I walked away hoping I can order on the machine - the next set of of customers walk in same thing , next customer walks in and this guy wakes up and says can I help you while he is cleaning the machine still and he is spraying cleaning spray all over the bake goods lol. Bottom line is this place and this company is definitely on it way out, you can tell the food is below average and can’t even call this fresh anymore , customer service is obviously long gone and definitely not a priority and zero training that’s obviously desperately needed. And that’s my sad story …..

The worst service I’ve experienced. I walked in to buy expensive soup that goes with my complimentary bread. The cashier says “we’re out of bread” as i’m looking at the rack full of fresh bread. He then tells me, let me ask my manager if I can use that bread. Manager tells me no. What kind of bs answer is that?? Manger obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Avoid this place

The bread bowls soups are my favorite but are always out of stock during the evenings on any given day. It’s currently 4pm. They close at 9pm. How they always out? I’ve only manage to get them during lunch. Food is good but I can never enjoy a warm cozy evening with the bread bowl. Make another batch in the afternoon if freshness is what they’re worried about.

Kudos to the GM of this location for fabulous and thoughtful service with my delivery order. At the last minute, I added some bagels to my dinner order to have for tomorrow, and when the order arrived, there was an apology note about the Everything bagels being not up to standard and overdone, and small gift with the order to make up for it. That is incredible customer service. (Oh, and my salad and soup — and even the extra toasty bagel I tried — were all fresh and delicious.)

Slow, food mediocre, counter and windows dirty and 5 staff members behind counter while 1 was on task and the others were talking. One male employee had no hat or hair covering.
Super slow, waited 15 minutes to get a simple drink poured

Lunch at Panera today! I ordered the pick 2. My choice was the half a Greek salad and half of the garden Caprese melt sandwich. The Caprese melt was outstanding. It had basil, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, shredded Parmesan and a green goddess dressing On top of it. There was no skimping on this sandwich. From size and the ingredients. It was delicious. I have yet to try the Greek salad. I’m saving that for dinner tonight. The half size Caprese Melt was more than enough to have for lunch. I ordered on the Panera app. Fast pickup! I was in and out everyone very friendly there. a great choice for lunch. Can’t wait to try that Greek salad tonight. Here’s the real question would I go back? Most definitely!
