Placed a mobile order for the Tuesday $2 personal pizzas. I did a scheduled order an hour before to make sure there would still be some left and it would be done on time. I went in and there was only one worker at the register but she got to us quickly. She seen me struggling carrying my son and still handed me 4 personal pizzas without a bag. When I asked for one she didn't seem pleased since she had to get more from somewhere else and placed the bag in front of me. I had to hand my son to my daughter who can barely carry him to be able to place the pizzas in the bag. I get it's busy, but you chose to work there. I've worked multiple different customer service type jobs while super busy and still gave people the service I would want.

It’s true what they say no one out Pizza the Hut. I wish they still had the salad bar. We ate dinner here. It’s seriously under rated at how awesome it is to dine in at Pizza Hut. Pizza was on point thanks for making our night. Plus we got this cute parm shaker we can take home!

Pizza was terrible I would give zero stars if I could. I had the New York-style pizza. The pizza was undercooked. The pizza was very pricy for having very few ingredients. The washroom smelled like sewage and looked very dirty. Avoid this place at all costs. I'd eat cheese on toast before eating here again.

Don't come here. This place is deplorable. Tables and floors are filthy. I didn't step into the restroom but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just as gross. The place where they keep the pizzas to stay warm is also unkept. The person that gave me my order simply threw the box on the table instead of handing it to me with an attitude. Before this guy I had tried to get a different employee's attention but he simply ignored me. These people have no motivation. If they aren't going to give the customer the needed attention perhaps they should look for a different job. If this is an every day thing, I don't doubt that this store will eventually close.

Good pizza, very poor dine in experience. I have visited this location several times in my lifetime, dating back to when it used to be at the corner of Forrest Preserve & Harlem. I was very disappointed in how poor the dine in experience has turned out. There are no more waiters/waitresses. You basically put in an order yourself at the counter and the staff kindly brings it to your table in a very “to-go” fashion. Pizza brought in a cardboard box, paper plates, disposable utensils. Super quiet as well, no music, no TVs. Questionable pricing when dining in (use the app to find those hidden deals). No complaints about the food, pretty good food actually. Overall I would recommend to use this location for carry out only.

After almost 1.5 hours I call for status. Another person picks up and says they don't have an order for me. Couldn't find it.

Charging extra money for sauce on a $14 meal deal, tryna tell me that sauce doesn't come with wings -.- are you kidding me bro I've been eating at Pizza Hut since it was built in Norridge YOU ALWAYS GET A DIPPING SAUCE WITH YOUR WINGS!!!!! he would hate to work on Thursdays back in the day when wings were 70 cents 🤣🤣🤣 he lucky i got money take my dollar for my ranch THAT'S SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY WINGS and keep the 2 pennies cuz what do I look like -.- tryna insult my intelligence with his ignorant ass.

If it was possible to put a 0 stars I would definitely do it. I ordered a pizza that I built myself, 15 minutes later I went to pick it up but didn’t check it until I went home. Once I opened it I was surprised that it wasn’t my order at all. I went back, the man who was at the reception was rude refusing to give me a refund because I wasn’t able to wait another 15 minutes. I went back to my car but I was able to see him, he was about to give me the same pizza that was cooked 40 mins ago!!!! I went back he was surprised and say no no you’re good! Why would you say this if you weren’t doing anything wrong? He then started eating that pizza in front of the customers, very not respectful !! Won’t ever put my foot here again! Don’t recommend !!!!

Both pizzas were extremely dry, ordered extra Chesse and didn't get it but was definitely charged for it, bread sticks were over cooked .definitely never getting food from that location again and DEFINITELY never getting pizza Hutt again. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
