1 because I can't give zero. The chicken wings were at least a week old, smelled so bad we couldn't eat. The chicken was so rubbery and chewy I could see the yellow stale parts inside. My advice, there's a lot of options at the food court, please buy anything but this.

This used yo be my favorite location but the past 2 times I have picked up an order at the drive thru something is missiing.The chicken has also gone downhill very small pieces and tastes old.Very disappointed.

I go here pretty often since I work in the area, service is pretty quick for the most part wether is slow or busy. However, cashiers are usually not friendly. When you ask a question they seem very hostile. They don’t take Popeyes rewards/coupons from the app. They used to let you online order and pick up (using the rewards and coupons that way) but the last few times it was shut off so no ordering ahead.

I used to go here when years ago when things were made fresh. Because this store has pretty good volume of business, the owner decided to maximize profits, and that's about it. This means that on a given day, you will be fed old chicken that's been sitting around. If you're super lucky, they will have run out (which is never), then they will scramble to make more fresh chicken. It's a small window of time to get fresh chicken, and like I said, this will be a rare occurrence, as most of the time the chicken and sides will be old and stale and flavorless. Too bad

What can I say... "Love that chicken from Popeyes"... Be forewarned, not all Popeyes are the same. This is the only one my mom likes chicken from.

This is by far the worst Popeye's I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Starting from the cold and rude customer service, to the bait and switch drink ordering, and the subpar food served. I can't believe I've ordered here on several occasions expecting it to get better. It never has. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich w fries and a drink. The time is 1:50pm and the lunch rush has been over for almost an hour. I know because I work in the mall and frequent the food court. The sandwich tasted like it sat for awhile in a warmer but whatever. My fries were cold and chewy, again something that sat awhile. And for the drink... I asked to cashier for the fresh lemonade and pointed right at it. She looked at where I pointed. She gave me a total and I paid. She takes the cup over the the fountain drink and proceeds to dispense the crappy MinuteMaid stuff. As I brought it to her attention to told me I would have to pay her another buck and a half for the lemonade I wanted. I clearly ordered it from the beginning and she wouldn't admit to the mistake or try to make it right. Since I didn't want the crappy fountain lemonade I got a coke instead. I sat and ate my cold fries, sandwich, and dissatisfying coke while stewing about the staff attitude. Don't work here if you don't want to be here. I'll never eat here again and I hope you won't make the same mistake I did. There's plenty of other Popeyes locations that do a great job. Clearly not this one though...
