I ordered a white BLTA with mayo. They gave me the sandwich with whole grain. When I asked for a new one, they gave me a sandwich with white bread, but did not give me lettuce, tomato, or avocado. Just bacon and mayo. $15 for bread and bacon and mayo? Yeah nah

Very great people and very accommodating. Door dash was very rude and delivered my food extra late. My sandwiches were completely cold and my shakes were melted. After calling potbelly, they said they would let me and my coworkers order again another day free of charge. I just ordered today and they made good on their offer. Amazing staff!

Terrible. The sandwiches had almost nothing on them, only one type of meat. No lettuce, tomato, no mayo or oil & came unwrapped on delivery. The cookies order was totally incorrect. They forgot to send the milkshakes. Mac n cheese was tasteless. They did not care when I called. Basically said it was DoorDashes problem. Only redeeming part was the broccoli cheese soup. No soup spoon or fork, no napkins. Worst order of my life. This location will not get my business again. ????

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Potbelly! The fresh ingredients and crunchy hot peppers added a delightful kick to my meal. My only minor disappointment was the absence of an option to add vinegar to my sandwich. Occasionally, the lines can be a bit long, but the taste of the A WRECK sandwich made it all worthwhile. Five stars for the delicious food and friendly staff!
