We were a group looking forward to getting together and celebrating two Birthdays. We reminded the hostess about the Birthdays upon arrival, and also informed our server. We ordered appetizers, our dinner entrees, and desserts. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing was done to honor the Birthdays!! Not even a single candle for any of the desserts (which we paid for). They should have informed us if there was any kind of issue. Instead,they took the ignorance route. Both the hostess and server neglected the fact, or possibly forgot??? They weren't even busy!!! ATMF, there were more empty tables than full. Either way we were very disappointed.

Food service was a bit slow. The overall atmosphere is worn and dated. Nothing special. Our server Mel was more interested in a review at the end and forced me to write a review before leaving. Will not be returning. The Schaumburg location is far superior

Unfortunately, when my mother and i came we did not receive any service by the waiters within half an hour. Not even no waters to give to us when coming in just a greeting by a gentleman who sat us at our table. Mind you, there were only 3 tables that were there in the whole restaurant with 6 people working. There was only 1 lady who was serving the tables that we saw and one of them being to the right of us. She kept going on and on having a conversation with the table like she should and kept asking them if they needed anything, not being mindful that we’ve been sitting there for 30 minutes with no service. The staff seem very nice with the impressions we heard of them and the small conversation we had with them when walking in, just however they did not serve us or notice us at all after waiting for so long. My mother and i decided to walk out and on our way out they didn’t even acknowledge us or anything as if they almost wanted us to be out. Again, many workers were there to serve us they just never did. This had also happened to us the few times that weve recently came here as the staff still took longer but those times they just actually took our order. If you want to go to a seafood place where you can just sit and stare at a wall, i recommend coming here.
Sooo disappointed and now I know why they are closing. Not one worker removed my dirty appetizers plates. Not even when they placed my cold food did they remove all the dirty dishes. They didn't even refill my water. I was sooo thirsty I am so disappointed I would not return!!

The staff here is horrible. Nasty long fingers nails with all sorts of decorations for bacteria to breed. Was there Wednesday been so sick that now is the first time I’m able to leave a review. Had an ultimate feast. Don’t know the exact thing that made me sick. Sent my lobster back only to get an even smaller one. This child who called Hershel a manager was a joke.
