Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered there queso and you’d except queso to be hot but this was anything but. It was cold and chips were warmer than the queso. They asked if wanted replacement why would I when it could come out cold again

It's Red Robin and not a high end restaurant. For that reason they get 5 stars. We've always enjoyed being there. Good comfort food along with salads. Go ahead and enjoy!

Before I even looked up there was a highchair! Jessica was very quick. I was treated great. Nito came by to see how our meal was and was professional!

I came in for my first time today, for lunch. Overall it seemed slow, especially for lunchtime but the workers were still super attentive and polite. I felt like I could ask any employee at all for help and would have gotten helped. My server Stacey was helpful in narrowing down a lunch option for me. The Monster burger was filling and everything on it was fresh. She let me switch up my side options. Overall it was a very good visit and I'll definitely be back

Our dining experience was exceptional. The food was superb, and our server Amanda was incredibly attentive and truly outstanding. During a difficult moment with our newborn son, who was quite cranky, Amanda's empathy and understanding made us feel comfortable and accepted. Her non-judgmental attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a more manageable one. Additionally, the manager was both helpful and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to their excellent service, we are eager to return for another visit!

Clean? Yes. Seated immediately? Yep. Good food? ALWAYS! Nice waitress? Nope. She was AMAZING! I live on the Southside of Chicago & I come to this Red Robin for these very reasons. Always awesome!
