awful. be very careful. they hit you wit fees for entertainment that you don't realize then try to get you tip on it. they literally give you 8 fries and make you keep asking for more bottomless fries so the waitress is overworked getting fries and not able to pay attention to the tables. when paying $17 for a burger and fries, you should get a full order and not have the restaurant trying to save money by not making you feel bad by asking for what you ordered. whats even worse is they give you a digital receipt and try to have you tip on the tax and the nonsense entertainment fee and when you adjust it down, they guilt you in to thinking that you are leaving a bad tip. I was leaving 20% on food and drink not on tax and entertainment fee. I WILL NOT RETURN. BAD MANAGEMENT. NO WONDER THEY ARE CLOSING RESTAURANTS ALL OVER.

They have good burgers but nothing out of this world. I got the new Jalapeño Heatwave and wondered "where's the heat?" We also had the bacon double and Love Fire burger. It took a bit to get bottomless items replenished and finally got them after we finished our burgers.

Food was extremely overpriced. The impossible burger is cheaper than other burgers but if I want to get an impossible patty on a difference style of burger it's an upcharge? If I want a nonendless side with the burger I get upcharged even though im consuming less food? Make it make sense. I can get a better, higher quality burger, for cheaper from Burger Belly and support a small business.

I found a ROACH by my table crawling up the wall. Imagine if it got into my food and how disgusting the kitchen must be if they had to have a bottle of roach spray displayed for customers to see. I even had to cancel my order and leave, I just can't eat in a roach infested restaurant 🤢🤮

One of the best features of Red Robin is the customizable menu. Every one of the 19 gourmet hamburgers can be changed to grilled chicken, crispy fried chicken, veggie patty, or turkey burger at no additional charge. An Impossible Burger or grilled salmon is available at an upcharge. Each burger comes with bottomless steak fries; those can be changed as well, to potato chips, steamed broccoli, or a side salad at no additional charge; garlic fries, garlic parmesan broccoli, fried onion rings, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, or mac n' cheese are available at an upcharge. That is 133 different sandwiches and 10 sides! There are 5 Kid's entrées plus kids sizes on milkshakes and lemonade. This time, I had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue burger. It comes with a side of queso for dipping; I liked the queso for dipping the steak fries more the burger. Burgers start around $15, but with bottomless fries (or broccoli or salad - also bottomless), you will not go away hungry.

Parking: We were there on black Friday weekend and were able to find a spot pretty quickly, although it was a bit of a walk.

Worst experience ever. The server gave us things we didn't ask for. Never gave us refills. The server was very mean. It took us forever to figure out how to fix these problems. Never come here.

Great service and good good

Very relaxing experience. Not rushed and a relaxing environment also. The burger gets a 10 as the best burger.
