Never try to get a milkshake from this location. Last couple times i've come here there's been some problem. One time they were out of ice cream and the next their milkshake machine was broken.

This place absolutely is disgusting I went there and I got a salad and the plate came out dirty so I had them sent it back just making a new one impacted to go because by the time it would be finished. My family would be done eating and I didn’t wanna wait when I got home I was eating my salad and when I was eating my salad, a chunk of plastic was in my mouth that came in it. The lady said it must’ve came from, something in the kitchen The waitress said she’ll have some buddy contact me, but nobody has ever contact me back

Always have a great time at this Red Robins. Service is friendly, food is good, place is clean, and decor is fun. Table was wobbly and the manager came right around and fixed it like a mechanic. Good place. A long time ago the only Red Robin around was at Woodfield. Nice to have around.

Horrible service. Been here a few times and this time the service was awful. Server showed up to our table and just took our drink order and he disappeared. Waited for over 15 mins and I contacted the manager and he took our orders. He brought our orders and the server showed up after 30 mins later. No tip for him.

Have been frequently disappointed by Red Robin as of late! About a month ago I was experiencing some health issues, so on a restricted diet-- maybe should not have risked it, but it was my birthday and my family was doing the best they could to make the most of things despite the circumstances. I wound up ordering a salad. I was disappointed to find that 25-30% of the salad was wilted and not suitable to eat. Additionally all of the apples on the salad were bad. The waiter serving us (the manager on duty?) assured me that's just how they come. Unbelievable!!! Why are you knowingly serving food of inferior quality/ standards??!!?? I was so discouraged that so little care was given to the level of service and quality.

Red Robin..Yummmmmm!! They have truth in advertising. My family and I all said yum after eating. There's a huge selection of different types of burgers. The Scorpion and the Southern burger are my favorites. My boys love the bacon cheese burger you dip in a bacon cheese fondue ?. My wife and daughter usually get the burger that came with avocado ?. They also have a large selection of beverages between their pops, lemonades, teas, shakes, and a large selection of alcoholic beverages too. For desert you got to get the Mile high Mud Pie or the cookies with the fudge in the middle. What a great place to bring the family

I meant to leave this review back in December during a convention that brought all of us together. I called in to give a heads up on a large group of about 25 folks, and Marie (GM) was really helpful in providing possible dinner options. When the entire party arrived that night, our servers were on top of everything and even impressed some of us with how many things they could memorize. The food was delicious, the drinks were splendid, and many of us especially loved the burgers.The experience was wonderful overall, and some members even called it their favorite highlight out of the whole convention. I hope the best for the people that helped us pull this together to make that night one to remember.Dietary restrictions: We had several dietary restrictions that required vegetarian, non-seafood, etc. I didn't account for non-soy, so I think this could be somewhere to improve. One of our attendees ran out of options that night.
