I ordered a Lasagna, and an order of pasta, with meatballs from Rex’s on May 1, 2025. The employee placed my food in two separate take out containers, then in one plastic bag. I brought my order up to the cashier , paid and went home. I never once flipped my food over on its side. I was holding the order from the two plastic handles the whole time. When I got home five minutes later the order with the Lasagna was partially opened up. It was messy with the food exposed . The employee did not seal the container properly. I called Rex’s and spoke with the owner ( a male). Per the owner I must of did this myself. Why would I do this to my food.? The container was not sealed properly! I don’t want the money back, I just want an apology from the owner..

Great food. This hidden gem offers a variety of Italian hot and cold dishes from veal parm, & chicken parm to fried Italian fritters, stuffed peppers, baked eggplant & lasagna much much more. Oh and a decent amount of homemade fresh pastries, and espresso to go or eat in. Great service , always a place to park 10 stars!

was awful. The pizza slices were so salty and sauce tasted so bitter. My panzerotti was beyond raw and soaked in oil like it was sitting in a deep fryer not turned it had to toss it and get refund. IT was like the romanos that all closed in every location.

The food is good but is ridiculously overpriced. I just went and asked for enough raw dough to make 2 pizzas at home. They charged me $20 FOR DOUGH. I also got a container of salad. 1.5 lbs of salad was over $15. So for 2 portions of raw dough and 1.5lbs of salad they charged me $35. That is unacceptable in my opinion.

Rex always good. Schiacciata sandwiches hard to pronounce but good to eat. I've never finished a meal in one sitting and I never threw out my leftovers.

Best Italian Sandwich in town!!! That's all I had for today however everything from the bread , down to the meats lettuce and tomato was super fresh! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The dinning area is small but you can see how they conduct business and interact with the community. I recommend eating inside to get the full italian deli experience
