March 30th 2025 I have ordered tuna sandwich to lunch in and service and environment was exceptional 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 perfecto subway spot! Tuna on sandwich is fresh. I don’t know why they have 4 stars probably the issue is miscommunication with immigrants who doesn’t speak English or Spanish

Ordered all my food then went to get my drink and I see a gigantic roach!!! I immediately told them and demanded my refund they literally didn’t seem surprised smh I’m so disgusted can’t even eat anymore how are they even still open !!? I’m at a loss for words!!….. trying to post pictures but can’t .

I don’t like this place at all customer service is suck, Nelly is most rude worker, she yelled on as, because that have “cleaning” what not give the right to talk rude for visitors.

I have ate here before and everything is usually good and fresh. But today I ordered it online and it was not the same experience the wrap from the paper was all messy with buffalo sauce and didnt taste that good they even put extra buffalo sauce on it that I didnt ask for and my sandwich was also cold. Very disappointed will not order for delivery no more.
I would give this place a 0 if i could. Weird indian worker hit on my 15 yr old daughter previously, then she came with her little brother and stood outside because he makes her uncomfortable. The worker argued with my 13 yr old son over a order and switched up once my daughter came in, very condescending and was saying insulting and inappropriate to his coworker in another language not knowing they understand it. Beyond unprofessional and horrible service.
