Chicken parm is fake chicken. Not a real chicken breast, it's trash.

Simply the best home made pizza in the area. I stop here almost every single time I through my old Chicago stomping ground. My go to is pepperoni and onion with extra sauce. I love their crust and their sauce. They have a wide variety of other Italian foods that I understand from others to be quite good. The area is a little small and dining in is clearly not their specialty but it’s made up for by the personable and attentive service. They also have some gambling on site and the machines did not seem tight! You can’t do better than Villa for tasty pizza. Skip Giordanos and come here!Parking: Narrow parking spots

My wife and I have ordered from here multiple times, and most of the time it's fine, but after today, we won't be ordering anymore. I always get baked mostaccioli with MARINARA sauce because I don't and can't eat meat. Today, after working 13 hours, we decided to order dinner. I ordered my usual. Triple and quadruple checked that it said marinara sauce. Food arrive. My food is all meat sauce. I can't eat it. I don't have time to order from somewhere else at this point because I have to be at work for another 13 hour shift in 9.5 hours, and I need to sleep, so I'm going to bed without any dinner.

Called to order a pizza. Asked for a specialty ingredient [vegan cheese because one of my friends has lactose intolerance]. We would have been fine without it - we were just wondering if they had some. Guy taking the call said he didn't understand what we were ordering and told us to 'f%&ck off to dominos'. So that's what we did. If I could give zero stars I would.**also just like to add I've been going here since I was a kid. So a few times over 10+ years. Quality has consistently gone downhill. Mediocre food at best. Not worth the disrespect.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian fine. Lactose no. Vegan no. Don't even try asking [they're offended by the question].

Good solid Chicago tavern style pizza. Got it delivered.. so I can't speak to the environment. 1 large thin crust pizza 1/2 sausage, 1/2 pepperoni n mushrooms. 20.64. Actually a really good price for pizza. This size on a Saturday... decent four dollar delivery fee. And a 5 tip all in 31.81. We made our own salad as it was strange on the paper menu delivered with the pizza no Cesar salad but loads of other salad options including artichoke hearts and tomato salad, roasted red pepper salad, and some NEW! Angela's salad.. maybe I'll ask about what this is next time we order.. but the menu is extensive. There's lots of great options glad that my husband can order this delicious meal for us as he was requesting pizza on Friday. Check out the picture of the specials. Good to see they have thin crust pizza, specialty pizzas, pan and stuffed pizza, as well as panzerotti and a mini panzerotti (fried) too! It looks like a nice bonus. Lastly, they have arugula, available, as well as mortadella and artichoke hearts and other unique premium ingredients. Nice price on the Tiramisu $8 so maybe will have to try this out next time we order.

A great sit down restaurant with home cooking of big portions and lots of flavor. The Cheese is super fresh and chewy and tasty. Franzhine our waitress was very sweet and nice and very attentive. The chicken noodle soup was really good with lots of chunks of celery, carrots, and pasta and chicken and peas but it was a little salty. The small pizza which is 12 inches was huge and it will likely feed four people easily. So we took a lot of it home. The toppings were fresh and there were lots of chunks and the cheese again was really good. The veal Parmesan with penne pasta was very good, and it was a huge serving of it, so there was plenty to take home, but it was also a little salty. The pasta penne was done perfectly, and it was not soggy. It's a cozy place with lots of seating and warm in the winter. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the freshness of the food, and it was all piping hot when it came out. Definitely a great place to eat. And Rosa (she wasn't our waitress) was so nice when we came in and greeted us and checked in on us too!

I grew up eating the pizza in the 70's and 80's . I recently tried it again and was impressed that it was the same and excellent. The specialty pizza (green pepper, onion, mushrooms, sausage) is outstanding. Also a great value for the price. I'm impressed at the quality of food and price for it . When nearby competitors are raising prices through the roof Villa Napoli isn't . Thank you !
