The food was so good it blew us away! Needless to say we found another one of our go-tos for fast food. The chicken tenders and burger were amazing. Everyone I've talked to raves about the root beer float, so I'll have to have one next time.
There was a mistake on my order that I noticed after I got back to work. I called in expecting the usual 20 rings before somebody on the phone disappoints me with the classic "sorry, there's nothing we can do." Instead, they answered rather promptly and addressed my issue without giving me unnecessary push back. Definitely a level of customer service that chain brands have left in the past. Kudos to A&W and the team at this location.
The young gentleman who took our order a few weeks ago, John, was extremely kind and professional. Been meaning to day something. He went above and beyond expectations for a dine-in fast food experience. John made this a 5 star experience, on his attitude alone.
