Victoria is my server she is very efficient in her job, she's very curious, very helpful. Goes beyond her Call of Duty to make sure that you're taken care of that. Your food is properly prepared. Make sure that you've always got a drink. She's just very pleasant.
She's very outstanding employee. She takes pride in what she does. You can tell, by the way, she waits on people. And serves people.
I wish I had people like her.That worked for me.She is very good at what she does

Out of regular fries but don't worry, they have seasoned fries they will upcharge you for even being out of regular fries. Terrible

I am very disappointed by Dennys today. I take my kids to dine in often, as it is a snow storm, i door dashed dinner for us as my children love dennys! There is a picture on door dash but no option to choose a vanilla shake. I ordered the chocolate shake and planned on calling Dennys to see if they will change to vanilla. I called 6 times and did not get an answer. I understand the restaurant and staff may be busy but 6 times with no answer is so disappointing and unacceptable. I know this may seem minor but to have no one answer the phone after 6 calls is outrageous. Do better please.

It has been awhile since I came to a Dennys. My daughter had met friends after the theater show. It is their tradition. They was slow and not busy. The waiter bought my food with a side of fries and bacon after I ask for sub bacon. NEVER asked for fries who do I look like a 5 year old. The syrup was disgusting with hair after asking server to switch it out, she still bought it out the same bottle. She seemed genuinely apologetic however my complaint was I was charged with a sub I didnt ask for didn't want. Not upset still tip well. It was only 2 of us. However I assumed they were not happy about the large party of kids and them seemed like it overwhelmed them. It was literally 6 or 7 servers on the floor and the service I received should of been better is all I am saying. I took food gome and used my own syrup. Gave daughter my fries that I didnt ask for and had to pay for. Thank God it was only 1.99 upcharge. Please try to do better 🙏
