this place is amazing. the staff is always so friendly, the coffee is great; i’ve become a regular😆 highly recommend the blanco and their chorizo breakfast burritos. everything is fresh and delicious, much better than starbucks or dunkin.

We went for coffee left with no coffee and no money back. Please allow me to preface with the fact that I haven't authored many 1 star reviews on Google. Being a business owner, I can appreciate the feedback of an honest review. Today, Moka Aurora earned my 1 star review. My wife and I were visiting Aurora and decided to try a local coffee shop. I ordered a Cold brew black no sweetners, my wife order a Carmel frozen blended drink, we also ordered moka bites and a muffin. Neither drink tasted like coffee at all. The order originally took over 10 minutes to make. After we tasted the drinks we decided we would need to return them or get a refund. I'm no coffee snob, but I have a few cups a day ranging from average to great. Never do I request a refund. This was awful. My wife attempted to explain to them that the coffee is very bland and that we would like a refund for the coffee only. The bites and the muffins were just fine. The young lady on staff told my wife that she could NOT refund us for the drinks being that they didn't prepare them wrong, it's us that don't like the drinks. In my opinion that's a horrible response, for serving a horrible product. Holding our money hostage and not refunding seems a bit hostile if the customer is having a bad experience with your product. They did swap them out for Ice tea. Which was also a 2 start product and a very far cry for the Cold brew, I originally came for.

This morning I was waiting in a relatively small line of 4 people in front of me 1 behind me after 25 mins of no service I had to get going love your drinks hate your speed
