Time after time my experience here through the drive-thru has been disappointing. I place orders on the app and it's never prep before I get there, and it's not during rush hour, or I'm missing items and the sandwich and Mac cheese quality isn't always the best. Today when I picked up my order I realized when I got home they had forgotten my fries. Thankfully the app reimburses you, through points, if you missing items. Just talk to their digital chat bot.

Great chicken nuggets. Their chicken as a whole is great. My go to for chicken. Plus I like Cajun food. The mashed potatoes and gravey is good as well. All side dishes are good.

Don't get the popcorn shrimp and when I got it the shrimp was so over cooked I couldn't even eat it basically eatin rocks.. Waste of 15 dollars. The guy at the window was very nice so he would get 5 stars.

Dirty area of Aurora. Unkept property. Rude service. Could not get my order correct. Food stinks and is nasty. Macaroni and cheese was dry and overcooked. Wanted coleslaw but was served fries . Management and employees should not work here. Tried calling and was hung up on. I will not be back. Poor place and it needs something done.

I give it one star for the worst service. They are nothing but young rude people. You ask a simple question they give an attitude response. Asked for extra crispy girl straight up said we don't have it. Then we asked her differently. We want the sling crispy. She shut the door. Came back said 20 mins. Just with an attitude. I can't stand Popeyes anymore. Used to be my favorite but the attitudes of the employees are quite horrible. This will be the last time I eat Popeyes. I hate kcfs food but they have better customer services so I will continue to get chicken from there. At least they treat their customers well.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken tenders thru the drive up . To my surprise the box weighed like nothing was in it! The tenders were very thin small pieces and mostly all breading. Too much money for that poor quality of chicken! Will never eat there again!
