Don't get the popcorn shrimp and when I got it the shrimp was so over cooked I couldn't even eat it basically eatin rocks.. Waste of 15 dollars. The guy at the window was very nice so he would get 5 stars.
last 3 out of 4 purchases were wrong order. Last order paid for 12 wings and only got 6 plus got spicy sandwich when I ordered original. Love your food but service terrible. Since I always go to drive thru didn't know about mistakes till home. Tried to call to relay mistakes but no one ever picks

Time after time my experience here through the drive-thru has been disappointing. I place orders on the app and it's never prep before I get there, and it's not during rush hour, or I'm missing items and the sandwich and Mac cheese quality isn't always the best. Today when I picked up my order I realized when I got home they had forgotten my fries. Thankfully the app reimburses you, through points, if you missing items. Just talk to their digital chat bot.
