Most times that I go to Arby's on Green Bay Road in North Chicago, it's for the Reuben Sandwich with Crinkle Fries. They make a delicious Reuben, but with that sandwich, I always get the Crinkle Fries. They are fresh made every time.....hot and crispy with a creamy center. If you thought Mickey D's had great fries, you'd be right, but these just might change your mind about who's are better. They're that good.! And don't forget the Jamocha Shake!!!
The jamocha shake is now premixed so you can't get extra jamocha. Probably the last time I'll ever go to Arby's again

I would come here for lunch quite often but never again. There was mold on the bottom of the bun, I have no idea how much mold I ate. When brought to the counter, they used the excuse that the bag wasn’t expired and it wasn’t mold. I use to enjoy Arby’s, but never again.

Just went there to buy something to eat and I try to order a strawberry milk shake and the cashier told me that they don't sell strawberry milk shake, and I asked her then why is there a posted picture in the window of a strawberry milk shake, she couldn't answer my question if that's the case don't sell something you don't have, it's the restaurant in North Chicago.
Horrible service ! The gentleman in the drive thru had a horrible attitude towards me. Took about 5 minutes for him to talk through the drive thru. We were the only ones in line and when I came up to the window he was extra rude. Would not recommend this establishment just a bad overall experience.

Its shocking how slow these people are. I'm still here now and everyone has been waiting to get food at least 10 minutes. They are moving extremely slow and are calm as though they just don't care. I would say they move about 3% of the speed as an average fast food restaurant. This is the third and last time I will be here.
