I just had the egg & cheese croissant 🥐 On 12/12/25. For starters, i have NO IDEA 🤷🏾‍♂️ what it was that was in my sandwich but it was hard crunchy and black. I spit it out but I knew then I was in for a wild ride and i tell you, what a ride it has been. It is now 12/15/25 and I will say i am probably 90% back to full health but I have had diarrhea and massive fatigue ever since.
I called the facility and let them know but the manager said, “I am sorry that this happened, I hope you feel better.”
I don’t know what I expected, but I didn’t feel any empathy to be honest.
I’m good on them now ya’ll.

The food was typical for burger King. Unfortunately the restaurant hasn't been updated in a while and it always seems understaffed whenever I am there at lunch. Worse no one greets you or apologizes for the extended wait to have your order taken at the counter. You're just left wondering if anyone is taking orders at the counter.

Ordered online to pickup at 9:50. When I arrived, no one answered at the drive thru speaker. I drove up to it after seeing the car in front of me had the same issue. Then driving up to the window to ask about my order, all the works ran away to the back and turned off the lights. All while their site and app claims the drive thru is open til midnight.

during a rainy busy day the power went out while i was placing my order manager on duty Geraldine exemplified phenomenal customer service i got my whopper and fresh food

I placed an order over the phone and it took 10 minutes to get to Burger King and when I got there they still hadn't placed my order. So I had to wait another 15 minutes and the girl who served me was still ignoring me at first and after she gave me the order she made fun of me.

I'm not sure who the guy is that works the night shift but he is Hispanic, (so am I) strong accent, very rude, and I am reporting him to corporate as soon as I get his name! So far we have two situations to report on him. He needs to be reprimanded ASAP! I will no longer come to this location after I get his name! & Neither will my friends!

Parking: Weird lot but decent amount of parking since it's never busy here.

When I go during lunch time it’s usually the same guy working the drive through. He constantly put in orders wrong, and has trouble working through the issues. Very poor service.
