Burger King just not the same. Miss the good ole days when food was fresh. However the staff were very friendly here.

I'm not sure who the guy is that works the night shift but he is Hispanic, (so am I) strong accent, very rude, and I am reporting him to corporate as soon as I get his name! So far we have two situations to report on him. He needs to be reprimanded ASAP! I will no longer come to this location after I get his name! & Neither will my friends!
Parking: Weird lot but decent amount of parking since it's never busy here.

When I go during lunch time it’s usually the same guy working the drive through. He constantly put in orders wrong, and has trouble working through the issues. Very poor service.

Guy at the counter was very rude. I stood at the counter for about 5 min without even being acknowledged. Waited for my food and pour .myself a drink, and there was an ant in it! Ants all over the machine! I told the rude guy and he couldn't care less, he seemed frustrated that he had to pour my drink from behind the counter. It seems all fast food restaurants are either over priced or miserable in Chicago. Sad!

RUUUN do not go back here. There is a manager his name is CARLOS I am not sure if he was telling me his correct name he is bald and Hispanic built. He is a big FRAUD he did not want to give me back my full cash back. When confronted he told me the cash he gave me which was $74 was all that he have. I threatened to call the cops then he turn around and gave me the rest of my cash back. Dude is completely sketchy and with disgusting attitude BURGER KING investigate your sooo called manager and run the cameras through so you can see how he treats me and everyone else coming to your store. THIEF caught on 4K

Disgusting raw burger served to me. Tasted like dog food . Filled out the survey in the receipt and no one reached out to me about my issue. Didnt even get my free Chicken Sandwhich I was supposed to get for filling out the survey. Will never come back here again. Oh, and wash your disgusting dirty windows.
