If you are in Phil then this type of eatery is very common but here in Waukegan it is decidedly cleaner bec of food inspection standards-- the food is very good and we eat here and stay away from SMC Pampanga-- the family members who assume all the roles of customer service, cooking etc are all nice and patient, answering any questions about their limited but tasty menu-- they seem proud of their dishes and are not stingy with their portions-- I choose to ask for separate containers for the 2entrees/ free white rice for around $11and if you eat at the tables they will gladly provide more rice if you ask-- nice people

My coworker and I got to check out Lola Adang’s Kusina. So, let me get into it!The food was very good. When we see that LAK was a small family owned business we did figure that the food was going to be good. The quality was spot on and the portion sizing was amazing. I really like the teriyaki chicken the faller was out of this world! The service was good too. Everyone was very friendly to my friend and I. The atmosphere was okay. I wish there was some kind of music playing since it was sorry silent. Overall, I would say if you want amazing food for the price Lola Adang’s Kusina is the place to Check Out!

Value for your money, they have the most affordable entree ever in Chicago. The serving size is good for two and taste okay. The server was friendly and accommodating. The place ambiance could be updated but they might be going on the lower/middle class look like in Manila. Overall a good choice in LC.

The food is fantastic. The quality and flavor is outstanding for the price point. The portions are also generous and absolutely worth the price. Each lumpia was large, crispy, flavorful, and huge for the price. Pancit and sinigang was delicious and great value. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is decorated with unique ornaments throughout. You have to come shortly after opening as they run out of food quickly. I highly recommend coming here.

Always busy, which tells me that others agree with how good the food is. Lots of food for the price. Quick cafeteria style service.Parking: Busy shopping center, parking in the back as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult due to tight conditions by the door.

This place is great! I've been several times and each time their food has been interesting and tasty. The service is always good (I always ask what they like and end up loving it too!). The only downside is that there is sometimes not a ton of seating and when I went last time the tables were piled with various supplies. Still a great place though!

This place is top tier, not much to say about it beside you need to eat here. Wednesday teriyaki chicken day is a tradition now at work.

I recently had the most amazing time at Lola Adang's Kusina, a super chill Filipino restaurant that blew me away. Seriously, from the moment I walked in, I felt all cozy and relaxed. The food was absolutely incredible. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The vibe of the place was just perfect, with cool decor and mellow tunes. If you're into Filipino food or just want a laid-back dining experience, you gotta check out Lola Adang's Kusina. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
