First visit while traveling thru suburbs to Hotel at airport: visited minutes before closing and had to use bathroom-saw customer enter only to have doors locked and not be able to go in.. my party and 4 others drove up to enter and none of us got entry. used drive thru. Suggestion: don’t lock doors before published closing time. Food was not fresh. Orders were incomplete…had to pull up and wait.

Food was good. Had to beg for barbecue sauce. Didn't get any napkins.
I used paper towels from the bathroom. I wasn't begging for anything. The place wasn't that clean. I usually give good ratings to places but this place was lacking pretty bad. Food prices are reasonable.

I grew up in the era when Wendy’s (during the 1970’s) had the slogan “Hot and Juicy”. Now, their burgers and fries, all of their food is horrible. What happened to the delicious juicy burgers? The frostys are a melted mess. The fries are dry. The burgers are stale and dry and unseasoned. The vegetables aren’t fresh. What I’m about to say may sound controversial, but I cannot help but notice that since these Mexicans have completely taken over a lot of the fast food chains, the food is terrible. Popeyes. McDonald’s. Dunkin Donuts. Burger King. Wendy’s. I grew up eating at these places and not only is the food terrible, but the customer service has gone to trash as well. I will no longer patronize these places. I’m sick of them. I wasted my money today and I had to throw the food away. That’s just how horrible it was!!! Trash!!!

Hmm open at 5 am, I come at 6:30am but yet no one wants to even acknowledge me at the drive thru when I’ve already paid. Very classy. If yall don’t want service or if yall aren’t ready to open maybe ask your bosses/corporate to change the open time. I make an order on the app, it says yall have been open for an hour and a half and I can’t even get service when I try to come pick up an order IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. damn do better.

The burger patties were small, dry and cold. Just wasn't fresh at all as if the burger was under the heat lamp all day. The fries were cold and stale. I pay for fresh hot food and that's what I expect especially with the price of food today. What happened to the thick juicy patties?

Very disappointed after receiving my food. Parked my car to try their Cinnabon melts dessert. Took a scoop and find that it was covered in hair. This is so sad because it’s the nearest Wendy’s for me and I loved the food until this point. Do better. This is disgusting. Won’t be returning.

The fry cook is running that whole place, getting fries, chicken nuggets, , answering questions from I guess the supervisor, I believe she said her name was Adriana. He was filling delivery orders, all the while handing off food to the drive through, and that was just an observation from going inside…….he definitely deserves a raise or a higher position (young black guy with dreads)
