I was blown away with the service I got today 9/10/25. I picked up a peppering pizza medium free rewards for me and my son. My son drops the pizza ope ing the gate to house. In order a new pizza 10 expecting to have to pay because it is our fault pizza looks delicious and smelled delicious. To show up at store and was given the pizza on the house. I am new to the area, but I know I’ll be ordering pizza from. Thanks for turn my son’s night around.

Horrible just Horrible. Washington doesn't deliver to me. They said North Pekin. Called and placed order. Over an hour wait and when that hour was up nothing. I called the store and inwas told we don't deliver there anymore. So your system doesn't tell you that but Washington does???? It must have kicked it out if the system. I had to wait and then be told that. Tell me that on the phone.

Ordered pizza online today. Went to pick it up, and I walk in and one employee is sound asleep in a both and the other outside smoking. The one outside watched me pull up and walk inside the sleeping girl never even woke up. I went our to car to tell my wife they employee was sound asleep and then went back inside to look around thinking maybe someone was on a break bc you know they was so busy. Never seen anyone else but the smoker. I looked on the shelf where they keep pizza and there was nothing on the shelves, so I assumed my pizza that I ordered 30 minutes prior never got made. My wife said wake her up but I'm no ones alarm clock. If your that tired from tossing pizza maybe you should find a job testing mattresses instead. Today the least I walked out without my order. I wasn't waiting another minute for sleeping beauty to wake up or the chimney stack to stop blowing smoke. Worst Dominoes I've ever been to. Unlikely I will come back.

Working overnight and finding a hot meal in East Peoria has been tough since Covid. When the fast food restaurants let me down by closing early etc…This Dominos has never let me down. Always on time and the drivers have always been friendly.

ordered online last two attempts both times it stated my order was started at a certain time mark arrived both times to find order not even started 20 minutes later starting to recognize a pattern. location is falling apart on performance order cancelled recommend not paying ahead of time unless you have the night free to wait

My pizza wasn’t what I ordered the guy that was fixing my pizza. Apparently, the manager when I pulled up, he was outside, taking his hat off, running his hands through his greasy sweaty hair and then when I got my pizza, it wasn’t right. Disgusting I will never buy anything from Dominos again.

Waited 25 minutes went to see if pizza was done dude kept mr at window for 5 minutes before saying be ready in 10. When i asked for refund he left window. Walked in store and the same guy pretended i didnt exist and the young hire did the refund perfectly with great attitude. Older guy was rude

Very nice workers, i got there early for my order and they were assuring letting me know it would be out shortly and they finished a massive order with velocity and got me out shortly after. The cook Bethany was super impressive and even brought me my food and didn't just wave me down at the cash register. The pizza is also one of the best I’ve had in a while.
