“Rhythm Kitchen has always been a staple in downtown Peoria for a couple of reasons…excellent food and awesome atmosphere. It’s cool that they just keep getting better and better. A group of us went there last night for dinner and it was absolutely outstanding! Service is always so friendly and you simply cannot replicate the Rhythm Kitchen vibe anywhere. The gumbo ya ya is an absolute must have, jerk chicken is crazy good and the meatloaf is classically delish. Even their grilled cheese is fantastic! And if you even think about leaving before dessert, you’re out of your mind. We were trying to be polite and share among the group, but there was a “survival of the fittest” mentality bubbling up at the table and let’s just say we were lucky to leave as friends. Few places leave you with the need to go back the very next day, but I gotta say, I need to go back…like now.”

The atmosphere is always friendly and old school customer service, the menu and food is awesome and they are over the top supportive of our Vets, active military and first responders. “I love this place for ice cream- I do wish they had more seating inside, it’s just bulky chairs and tables and then sad to see a whole section just for gaming. Menu is huge but can be confusing, is it on the wall? Is it on the shield? Ice cream names are cute but idk what that name means flavor wise. A clearer menu with breakdowns of each ice cream would be great.”
