I ordered my weekly box of cookies, as one does. As I'm waiting for my cookies a lady comes in requesting to speak to the manager. A shift leader appears to help as there's no manager on duty. The lady instantly has an attitude and I'm not sure who the young lad was for Shift Leader, but props to him for having to deal with that. He deserves a raise/award.
