I walk in waiting for my food for 20 min I got treated different casue I was white idk wha I did but she was just so rude telling me your not gonna get your food u can wait her name is Jessica Ferrell big sloppy lady that think she can run McDonalds treats her worker very rude as I was over the counter waiting for my food

The entire staff should be fired. I was the only customer, yet they took over 15 minutes to make my order while they were all just standing around. One of the employees — a Black woman — even asked me if I spoke English, and from that moment on, her attitude turned clearly racist and hostile. I was treated differently just because I’m white. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This place is a disgrace — avoid it at all costs. Check the photo in this review to see how they treat people.

The manager and worker all had an attitude when I said I had a code the worker verbally said oh my god as if it isn't her job. The manager then told me it was for mobile and when I showed her it says restaurant she slammed the window and walked away.

How can a McDonald's be out of Diet Coke ?? Unheard of. And at the drive thru if the prompt isn't on to ask you for a code from the mcd app they won't ask. I inquired why don't you ask, she commented that she was too busy to ask. ? But every other mcds I have visited they ask each and every time
