I have been a loyal customer at this location for as long as I can remember (15+ years?). In the last few months, I've had several minor but irritating incidents like having to repeat myself at the drive thru speaker, getting back wrong change and not getting straws for my drinks. Although irritating, these incidents did not stop me from continuing to patronize this location.
