Food is fine and service is average. Adding a tip to a table of two and not telling the customer is super shady. That's really bad customer service. Your servers suffer. I won't leave a penny beyond the secret tip charge. What a shame

Best omlets and waitress staff
Our family has been coming to this breakfast spot for generations, so it’s disappointing to see how much it has changed. Unfortunately, customer service no longer seems to be a priority. The ordering process feels chaotic, and there always seems to be a long wait for the food, even when it isn’t very busy. One of the little traditions our children always looked forward to was receiving the donuts when we arrived, and that no longer happens. On top of that, the prices have gone up while the quality of the food has noticeably declined. It’s sad to say, but after many years of supporting this restaurant, our family has decided we won’t be returning or spending our money here again.

Alexa was amazing very kind and attentive! The food was delicious will definitely be back!!
We love this place. Great everything.
Delious food.
Yia Yia’s Pancakes has great food, especially the soups, which are my favorite. The servers are amazing and provide excellent service throughout the visit. However, the cashier experience was less positive, as the staff appeared unprofessional and not very helpful. The food and service from the waitstaff are great, but there is room for improvement at the front counter.

I took my kids this morning for breakfast at Yia Yia, but the food was not good today. Our breakfast was so cold. I honestly did not wow me with the skillet. It was too mixing inside. Biscuits were hard, and skillet cold in the middle. My daughter mini donuts were so frozen. But we didn’t want to complain because our waiter was very nice. Then we got the bill they were adding so many little things into it like $1.50 keep adding to the bill. You just have to make sure check the bill before you pay. They added the tips already in the bill then they asked for more tips in the bottom of the receipt. I honestly, i didn’t want to embarrassing my kids, so I just have to pay for it and get outta there. This restaurant need Chef Gordon Ramsey to investigate bc I know their food are not fresh. You can tell by the taste. I always give 5 star to restaurants when I go eat, but Yia Yia did not serve us good breakfast. It was cold as hell and dry. Bacon weren’t crispy was soggy. I’m disappointed about it.

We were seated right away, and our food arrived surprisingly fast. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the portions were very generous for the price. It's hard to beat the value here, especially considering the quality and serving sizes.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our waitress was very sweet, although she seemed a bit stretched thin and wasn't able to check in as often as she probably would have liked. Even so, she remained pleasant and helpful whenever we needed something. Between the great food, fantastic prices, and kind staff, this is a place I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning to.

Food is generic, you’ll get service when servers appear from another galaxy, cashiers with their feet up and on their phones, small children begging for money at the entrance, the feeling of needing a shower after visiting is in order.

This was my second time going to Yia Yia’s and it’s a solid go-to breakfast spot, especially for families. They have a lot of options on the menu and I usually get the French toast, especially when I’m really hungry, you can’t go wrong with it. Tried the cookies & cream frappe this time and it had a little too much espresso for me and wasn’t that sweet, so I didn’t finish it. Also plenty of free parking which is always nice. Definitely gives mom-and-pop diner vibes.
