When you walk in you’re greeted by the strong odor of armpits and gasoline. You can expect raunchy customers and the high possibility of a male employee sweeping the floor in the women’s restroom. Women were conducting their business and the male employee extended his visit by staying in to wash his hands and to hold the door for the rest of the women as they left. Dumpy store overall.

fuel leaking badly on diesel pump 14 passenger side. i told them about it and they got very defensive if i asked if i had to pay for the spilt fuel "i did". i think they knew about the hose leaking fuel and i do not think the lady behind the counter intends on fixing it as she said. hopefully i am wrong. but i did enjot the coffee i purchased and i still probably saved money with mudflap compared to the prices around. so how upset can i really be.. the bathrooms are unclean and smell much like the way a "clean" zoo exhibit smells.

Thinking of sending an application to this Casey's? Don't. Seven months of my life I devoted to this company and me along with all of my fellow coworkers all equally have been screwed time and time again. They love breaking laws, like not giving 40+ hours to workers legally employed as "Full time", or not giving legally required breaks to employees, I could go on for hours.Looking to get into a new career with management that shows appreciation towards your hard work? Get rewarded for doing extra tasks and picking up after people every single day? Heck, even a "Please?" when they ask you to do a favor? Try McDonald's down the street, because I can almost assure anybody that you'd get the same pay with how Casey's Utica likes to skimp hours, and they're not known for showing appreciation towards employees! Hell, if anything, you're more likely to walk in to complaints about what you should have done rather than getting commemorated for doing your damn job.If you want to keep your sanity, stay the hell away from this place. I've been with some unprofessional jobs, but they take the cake.

Don't take your kids in here or they will leave with a whole new vocabulary. All 3 kitchen staff were yelling swear words non stop the whole time we were in there and throwing bags of food. I'm usually not one to complain but this was excessive and really off-putting as they were in plain view for all to witness.

Reading all the negative reviews, I can't help but think; "you get what you pay for." You had a quality manager who ran that store like a machine, but let her walk over a few dollars, even so much as laughing in her face when she asked to be paid what her counterparts in the region were being paid. Regretting that one, aren't you?

THE WORST CASEY'S EVER! And the heavy set guy who looks like Mario doesn't need to be working anywhere near the general public.........So there I was, strolling inside the Casey's. I used the restroom first then I stood in the line, waiting for either the friendly-looking Caucasian cashier or the heavy set guy to gesture for me to come up to the counter for service. The heavy set guy gestured me to the counter. I walked up to his side of the register and he asked me, "how can I help u?" To which, I responded "I would like to have my scratch off tickets checked.""You can use the scanner over here," he pointed to the scanner that was in front of him. To which I said, "but I would want u to check them" so that he can scan them and process them at the same time -that was my thought process. He then said, "u can check them yourself. I'm busy at the moment."Let's examine this:He clearly didn't want to be bothered with them or with anything else I needed service with - and this is AFTER he beckoned me to proceed up to his register. But when I got there, he acted like he was too busy to check two scratch off tickets. Not 10! Not 20! 2 scratch off tickets - the nerve of this guy! Who does he think he is!?And based on the other reviews I read, I am not the only customer whom this man has crossed in the wrong way. He does not need to be working with the general public. He made me so mad that I literally grabbed my tickets and said to him "I'll take my business elsewhere since I am such an inconvenience to you," and I said it loud enough for everyone to hear and hopefully the camera in that store heard me too!I've never had such an encounter such as the one that happened at this store over two scratch off tickets. As I was leaving, he said aloud "can u wait two minutes?" to try to paint me as the villain. Yet I waited in the line, like everybody else and I did not come up to his register UNTIL AFTER he gestured me to do so. It wasn't until after I told him what I needed help with that he then acted as if he was TOO BUSY to check two scratch tickets.I really hope that the ceo of this company - somebody - talks some sense to this guy. His job is to provide a friendly and helpful customer service experience for the customers - not himself! And until he has his name plastered on that building, he better not talk to me or anybody else like he did to me. We got pizza tonight (Wednesday, 10/25/23) from here. Props to the guy making pizzas tonight! They were perfect. Good crust, perfect portioned toppings! We even got a taco pizza and those aren't easy to get right, but it was done perfectly. Thanks!

Stopped in for a cup of coffee after camping out. Good coffee and the half&half and sugar was stocked. Store was busy with a line, but they got another register going and got me on my way quickly. Thank you to the crew.
Always long lines and 1 cashier. Coolers are never restocked. The regular staff is always standing around talking instead of putting stock away or cashiering. One girl is always on smoke break while the line stretches to the back of the store. If you happen to see the manager he's grumpy. Every local I've talked to hates that location. Go to Loves. They are fast and friendly.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The Ice cream machine, pop fountain, coffee area is so gross pop everywhere machines and trays look like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. I'd hate to see what the inside of half those machines look like. Employees were very kind tho. Same complaint made by another reviewer and management commented that they will look into it 5 months ago. I see that was never looked into. Outside the front door had wrappers and cigarette butts everywhere. Wish they could keep it cleaner. Even a quick wipe down thru out the daywould change the whole look

Diesel pump # 13 is Extremely slow to pump, it's closest to the building. The cashier girl was really friendly. I wonder if they use real beef in their burgers..? ?

10/14/23 1 fuel pump working for diesel engines very slow, 1 cashier, long lines, and on top of that she is closing at 5pm, after we have waited 1hr just to fuel can't back out, that would take you into traffic causing an accident can't get cooperate no one answers..

I think they must have been short staffed the day I went. The bathroom was disgusting, the garbage cans were overflowing. The only reason they didn't get a 1 star was because I have never been to a Casey that looked like this. I hope this isn't the normal for this location.
