We ordered from the terminal. They brought our food and two glasses to the counter and dashed back to the kitchen. But my wife had ordered a drink that comes from the kitchen. It took 10 minutes to get there attention—I could see them, but they never looked to the counter to see me, or the nine people building up behind me waiting to order. We finally got her drink and whet to the car to eat (we had a dog with us) and I realized that my sandwich wasn’t in the bag…back in to the store. She took orders from two people before she looked at me to see what I needed.

Worst service ever at a McDonalds over charged for $5 meals charged $20 for 2 $5 meals and 2 4 piece nuggets because we got large pops which every other McDonald’s has charged a .50 cent up charge for the pop then refused to fix the issue

Not a too bad of an experienced when you're on the go. Friendly staff. The food was fresh. I'm not too crazy about fast food but if there's something else this is a quick fix. Loves is a good truck stop. The restaurant reflects it.

Since the kiosks are available, it's harder than ever to get an employee to BE at a register. They've lost their customer service attitude and now seem unimpressed and bothered if we need something. There are no fountain machines in the lobby for cistomers so we have to wait til an employee shows themselves to get a refill. The fries were cold, oil needs changed and the nuggets weren't all that great either.

I used to freak en this McDonald's alot but stop because they don't clean the grill when they make it your burger so u get all the burn left over on your burger, nasty. They need help because it takes a while to get your order
