For being at the best location, it is just an average place. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that I could have cooked better. I did a 3 on atmosphere because there was an open trash can and cart with plates that attracted flies, bees, and etc.

Just sad and disappointed. We have always came to the area for wine weekend. We literally dont even go to the fest its just a wonderful time of year to visit this beautiful town. We have always supported all the local spots and had a bite at skoogs. This year the service was aweful and the fish was rubbery, gross and cold. Its literally the first time I ever complained in a restaurant. I was in the service industry for years. The response from the manager was because I took a bite I had to pay for it. OK.I was not looking for a free meal. Honestly, I was just letting them know and maybe an acknowledgement that they may have dropped the ball. It just could have been handled better. We will be dining at one of the other options on Mill Street from now on. Then the waitress brought us separate checks ..we didn't ask for that. Maybe They made an assumption that we were cheap middle age woman. Their loss. We truly are all working class generous, not fussy people. We always go for the wings and a sandwich. I just wanted to try the fish per a recommendation. I will say the wings are really good.

The service was extremely slow, some of the food was horrible and the manager wasn’t willing to do anything about. The cod was rubbery, the baked potato was cold. We have gone to this establishment for the past 5 years. I will never go to this place again. Horrible to be treated that way. We are very generous people and this was so disappointing!

What a nice, clean, friendly pub! Gina, the bartender, was very pleasant and attentive. We got the house salad and wings. The wings were tasty, and the beer was cold.

Arrived around two o’clock on a Monday afternoon. It was a warm and beautiful fall day so we chose to sit outside. It was busier than normal for a Monday, but we weren’t in a hurry anyway. The wait staff worked hard. I ordered the breaded pork tenderloin. My wife ordered the chicken strips. Each entree came with fries. Mine came with lettuce, onion, tomato slice, and pickles. Unfortunately, there were so many french fries that most of the onion, the slice of tomato, and the pickles were all buried, as you can see in the photo. I didn’t even realize they were there until I had eaten some of the fries. The fries were kind of bland, there was no seasoning on them at all. The breaded pork tenderloin was delicious and quite large. The chicken tenders entree was more than enough for my wife, so we brought it home along with half of the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Bottom line, I would eat there again, but I only gave it four stars because the french fries covered up the toppings for my sandwich. Attention to detail people!
