Maria and her team make everyone feel so special when you come inside Big Apple Bagels in Northrbook. I have been coming here for years and it shocks me how they know everyone by first name it is very impressive. The food is excellent and the restaurant is A+ clean! I love this place and highly recommend it!

Discovered this gem while stopping in one day on my driving route on a break. I'm glad I did! Delicious sandwiches, muffins and bagels. No other place makes a BLT like they do! My mom and I go here a lot. She loves it as well. Fantastic place! Very personable and likeable people. GREAT service!

I’ve been a regular breakfast diner at Big Apple Bagels for close to 20 years and have always enjoyed their bagels. The owners Marie and Hector are very friendly as well.
Customer service was rude. They argued with me about what I ordered. I apologized and told them what I wanted. They argued again about my order. It was a simple misunderstanding about toasted or not toasted that was easily handled by toasting the bagel and instead they made a big deal about what I did or did not order. They were more focused on being right than making it right.
