I usually avoid this location cause I’ve had a few bad experiences. I was going to order from them today just to give them another chance and this is the only location on my way home. Unfortunately, this is one of the only Buffalo Wild Wings that does not offer any promotion through their rewards. I mean the service usually sucks so you think they’d be willing to give a discount, but I guess not. Idk how this place is still open. Everyone I know actively avoids it

Not what it used to be. I'm sure it comes from changes by corporate, but this is not a company that I see lasting much longer. Our original server left the floor and didn't check in with us or pass us along to another server. We had to flag one down. Chicken came out lukewarm, we asked for a redo and we got it no questions asked, hence the 3 stars opposed to the 1 for service. Second try on the wings was chewy and sad. The place was clean and that's about it for atmosphere, place was empty and seemed like most people were unhappy being there. It's clear corporate mismanagement ruined what buffalo wild wings used to be.
We have been here more than a couple times. It’s never been great. 2/3 of their dining room was closed. Which I can respect if you don’t have the staff. (That’s better than over seating) the waiter checked on us and gave refills but seems like he didn’t really care about the mess of issues we had. They brought out 1 of our orders more than 20 mins before the other orders. Saying the other 2 would be out soon. I reminded him we had an appetizer which they forgot about. It came out 15 mins later. Then he let us know the kitchen screwed up our wings and they were being remade. Which took another 10 mins. When they brought them out they didn’t bring the order of fries we ordered so they had to go make those. When my wings came out 1/2 were room temp at best, the other half were hot. They did take the wings back and remove them from the bill as I didn’t want to wait another 30+ mins for new ones. But I ended up not getting to eat because of that. It was laughable how bad it was. The server gave us a “sorry. They were busy tonight” but that’s about all. If it was 1 or even 2 things not a big deal, but they screwed up pretty much every step of the way. (Waiter wasn’t terrible, I’m sure he was just over dealing with the kitchens mistakes). Like I said every time we’ve gone it’s been not great, but is the closest BWW. We will probably find a wingstop or something else from now on.

Man. I've been to much better wings locations. Our server wasn't very attentive and there were only 4 tables to be waited on. Idk. Maybe the person was having a bad day. But they did try. Not one drink refill. Sat over an hour for a burger and appetizer. Maybe next time.
Vegetarian options: I wouldn't here because of unguaranteed cross contamination.
Dietary restrictions: Diet soda is an option here.
Parking: Parking is plentiful.
Kid-friendliness: I went with my kids and was forced to sit at high tables in the bar area because the section where lower tables are was closed. I didn't like this and them not willing to accommodate us. I'll say no for the kids here.
