Spent about $150 on an order for the office. Several items are missing. Called the store to explain but was told (by Jocelyn), “Oh no, you’re wrong I packed the bag.” I was then hung up on and I had to call from a different number for somebody to answer. Do better please.

i just think it’s ridiculous that this place has a phone number up but they never pick up the phone. i have tried multiple times to get through and the line rings once and immediately goes to an automated message saying “there is no one to pick up your call, goodbye.” why even advertise a phone number if you refuse to pick up the phone? service is severely lacking across the board.

Really bad service. Dirty noone was in front dest and waited to sit for 15 mins, someone approached us told us to sit wherever 😒 just to sit there for another 20 mins and noone came to attend us. We saw them only attending big tables. We ended up walking out really BAD SERVICE 👎

Of course, it’s a buffalo wild wings. Service was great. Food was OK. I’ve had better experiences, but it was not horrible. We go for the absolute experience of some beer and wings. And that’s it. But our server was great. And all In. All good.

Our server was Don and he was absolutely fantastic. Really attentive and extremely friendly. Food was hot and fresh tasting and the beers were great. Good atmosphere too on a Friday night
