We have been here more than a couple times. It’s never been great. 2/3 of their dining room was closed. Which I can respect if you don’t have the staff. (That’s better than over seating) the waiter checked on us and gave refills but seems like he didn’t really care about the mess of issues we had. They brought out 1 of our orders more than 20 mins before the other orders. Saying the other 2 would be out soon. I reminded him we had an appetizer which they forgot about. It came out 15 mins later. Then he let us know the kitchen screwed up our wings and they were being remade. Which took another 10 mins. When they brought them out they didn’t bring the order of fries we ordered so they had to go make those. When my wings came out 1/2 were room temp at best, the other half were hot. They did take the wings back and remove them from the bill as I didn’t want to wait another 30+ mins for new ones. But I ended up not getting to eat because of that. It was laughable how bad it was. The server gave us a “sorry. They were busy tonight” but that’s about all. If it was 1 or even 2 things not a big deal, but they screwed up pretty much every step of the way. (Waiter wasn’t terrible, I’m sure he was just over dealing with the kitchens mistakes). Like I said every time we’ve gone it’s been not great, but is the closest BWW. We will probably find a wingstop or something else from now on.

Man. I've been to much better wings locations. Our server wasn't very attentive and there were only 4 tables to be waited on. Idk. Maybe the person was having a bad day. But they did try. Not one drink refill. Sat over an hour for a burger and appetizer. Maybe next time.
Vegetarian options: I wouldn't here because of unguaranteed cross contamination.
Dietary restrictions: Diet soda is an option here.
Parking: Parking is plentiful.
Kid-friendliness: I went with my kids and was forced to sit at high tables in the bar area because the section where lower tables are was closed. I didn't like this and them not willing to accommodate us. I'll say no for the kids here.

The BWW in Glenview IL is absolutely terrible! No service, and when I went to the back to ask if anyone else is working the restaurant the Hispanic girl with blowfish hair at 12:45pm on 12/20/24 in the kitchen area rudely said she’s not helping the restaurant and told me to get out of the walkway. She then stood in the doorway entrance starring at our table doing nothing and just starting at our table instead of helping and taking our order. All 7 of us will never be back. Hello Lazy dog you have new customers!!!
The wing are what you come here for. Get them dry, dusted with lemon pepper and a side of your favorite sauce. Top it off with some tots, dusted with salt and vinegar and you got yourself a perfect Sunday. Stella on tap as well as over 24 others to choose from. Regardless of what game you are watching, its always a won at BWW.

Half the tvs don't have any football on during Sunday, just adverts, 2 servers for the entire restaurant, 15 mins waiting for anyone to come to the table and bring water, then another 15 mins to order, 50 min wait for food, was cold when it came out. Another 15 mins for the server to come back. Dirty tables and floor. Place is trash

Service was OK. Food was what you might expect. The place is filthy. Floor is sticky. Servers dress like they are homeless. The restrooms smell like a dead animal. The TVs in the restrooms reveal the last time they worked or were cleaned-2 inches of dust and dirt ago. I only went there to watch a game on a lark. I will not be going back.

Just ordered for pick up and didn’t check, since the receipt on the bag stated all the items were there. The place is dead af, you wouldn’t expect them to have 3-4 missing items from such a small order on a dead night. Literally, a whole meal is missing(cauliflower wings), no ranch, no celery, no carrots from the other items

bruh this location is the worst one i went to. they first said the burgers were out of stock, and then came back to say that the staff workers are too lazy to make burgers and are only doing wings that night. My family and I were not happy to say the least
