No waiters, L vibes. This place used to be really really great when I came here but ever since my son died this establishment has gone downhill.

These two adults visited Sunday 2024-Feb-18 and as to this location's...Food: It was fine. Nothing special. Everything came out warm and not hot or cold. We tried lemon pepper boneless wings which were definitely dry. With them we had a regular order of potato wedges which were better.Service: It was understaffed. The staff that was present did a great job, however, especially considering the circumstances. Hats off to our server! She was all smiles.Atmosphere: This location was very large with very many empty tables, and was clean enough. We sat in one of the upper area's corners. Large televisions played golf and college basketball. Outside was abundant parking.

Showed up for lunch around 11:30 on a Monday. Place was pretty empty at that time which was not surprising. Even with the lack of customers, our order took 45 mins to come out. We ordered a sample platter and 10 buffalo wings. Everything came out cold, and we left. Also, the bathroom was atrocious. Would steer clear of this location at all costs.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Twice they made me wait for more than an hour for food, only to cancel my order. Never will I ever give my money to this place!!! Terrible service, they do not even pick up phone when you call them.

Very bad service. Came all the way from Chicago to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We clearly told them it was his birthday twice and they didn’t even offer a dessert or a happy birthday. One of the meals came out first and we waited for the others to come. After 15 minutes none of the other meals had come out so we told the one from our table to go ahead and eat without us. Our food came out after she was done eating. On top of that all of our food was cold. Not once did the server ask us if the food was fine. Plus his pants were almost completely off and he was showing his boxers to everyone. Service was so bad we decided to get dessert somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time here.

The environment right when we walked in was odd. The little to no cars in the parking lot were the first red flag. There is no one to greet the customers that walk in; you have to ring a bell for someone to come out. We were told to just go sit down near the bar with a one year old child. Tables are dirty, employees are not put together. The bartender was vaping, rubbing his nose, and god knows what else. Finally a server comes to our table, throws the menus. We immediately got up and left. Thankfully we didn’t eat the food or else I would have been writing a different review. This location is a disservice to the Northshore community. Corporate needs to take immediate actions.

Horrible service sat at the bar ordered 10 buffalo chicken wings. They took my wings to the guy two chairs down for me. Then after 10 minutes the other guy said I didn't order buffalo out. He ordered something else they take the wings in the back and bring them out one minute later to me after the other guy was in possession of them for 10 minutes and ice cold one star
