Our daycare recently switched food providers, and while I can’t speak on behalf of the previous company, we’ve definitely noticed a positive difference since the change.
Before, my child was often hungry and tired by pickup time. Now they come home talking about how much they loved lunch and have asked if they can have it again. We've also noticed that they seem to have more energy in the afternoons.

Person who picks up the phone, doesn’t introduce herself or the company. Has no customer service training, heavy accent, tells me she’s the owner. Hangs up the phone, rude and tells me to call the school. I kindly suggested she showed more respect to customers for her business. Website has no information and they are unresponsive. I doubt she can explain pricing or details with respectful communication skills.
