Portions were so low and I paid for extra barley getting any chicken had to ask for a extra side tortilla to wrap my burrito that wasn’t even the issue my burrito was made in a messy counter so I got some sure cream residue I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and the tables were a complete mess management not caring whatsoever this chipotle needs better management.

I came in last night it was so bad my cousin told me to make a review Poor customer service and poor management everything was dirty and the workers don’t look like they want to work here I just asked them to add cheese and the worker rolled their eyes at me like I was annoying them not a good place to eat at all

I had gotten delivery about 11:45am and didn’t get a notification about my order until about 12:45 and having the delivery driver tell me that when he went inside to get my order the workers told him they didn’t have my order because they gave it to someone else and that they wouldn’t remake my order even though the workers messed up and gave my order away. Terrible location and then spent an extra hour trying to get a refund and only got my refund after I placed my order at another chipotle location (which is significantly better in every way then this northbrook location). Spent $60 dollars in total and now am still waiting on my refund.

For someone who normally loves chipotle this has been my worst burrito experience by far. Came in 3 hrs before closing time. Tables and floors nasty, staff didn't have any customer service nor did he wear a hair net, all the meat selections were empty or dried up. Burrito was cold and not wrapped properly

The establishment is always EXTREMELY dirty from the tables, to the floor, to where you grab utensils. The food and all of it is so bad that all of my coworkers stopped going to this location. Despite gave it one more chance and this is what I got. The bowl was completely filled with liquid like soup, there wasn’t a single piece of unchewy meat, and it spilled all out of the bag and got all over my work uniform. I contacted chipotle support and I was told they would let the establishment know. Never going to any chipotle after that, many other better quality alternatives .

Ordered ahead through the app, picked up my order and checked it in the car, my burrito was full of beans despite asking for none. Went back in and asked if i could get it redone since it was wrong, male employee remade it for me no questions asked which was kind but once i made it home and checked my ordered it was wrong again (full of beans). I shouldn’t have to go back twice to get an order right especially when it’s right in front of them.

Not only gave me the wrong order but then when I ordered again they said they ran out of white rice, it was 1pm then when I asked how that was possible the worker didn’t answer. Don’t ever get chipotle from here.

Honestly just avoid this location. Everytime I place a order online ahead of time so I don't have to wait in line. Nope, every single time i end up standing in store and watch people who walked in order and get their food for 30 minutes. Makes 0 sense. Never ordering here again.
