For someone who normally loves chipotle this has been my worst burrito experience by far. Came in 3 hrs before closing time. Tables and floors nasty, staff didn't have any customer service nor did he wear a hair net, all the meat selections were empty or dried up. Burrito was cold and not wrapped properly

The establishment is always EXTREMELY dirty from the tables, to the floor, to where you grab utensils. The food and all of it is so bad that all of my coworkers stopped going to this location. Despite gave it one more chance and this is what I got. The bowl was completely filled with liquid like soup, there wasn’t a single piece of unchewy meat, and it spilled all out of the bag and got all over my work uniform. I contacted chipotle support and I was told they would let the establishment know. Never going to any chipotle after that, many other better quality alternatives .

Ordered ahead through the app, picked up my order and checked it in the car, my burrito was full of beans despite asking for none. Went back in and asked if i could get it redone since it was wrong, male employee remade it for me no questions asked which was kind but once i made it home and checked my ordered it was wrong again (full of beans). I shouldn’t have to go back twice to get an order right especially when it’s right in front of them.

i asked for extra cheese and did not get none, also i asked for them to show me some love because it was my birthday and they did not in fact do so.
Honestly just avoid this location. Everytime I place a order online ahead of time so I don't have to wait in line. Nope, every single time i end up standing in store and watch people who walked in order and get their food for 30 minutes. Makes 0 sense. Never ordering here again.

Their portion sizes have completely gone bad. They used to give so much food whenever I would go but now they’re giving half scoops and calling them full scoops. They would pick up a full scoop of a food item and take off a quarter or a half of the scoop and call it a full scoop and if I want more it’s extra. I ordered a chicken quesadillas and they gave me 2 half scoops of chicken and they charged me for double protein. They refused to put more or I would need to pay for extra chicken. I’ve gone to this chipotle for the past few months almost every other day and they’re just getting worse and worse. Portions here suck I do not recommend.
