I took the French macaron class with some colleagues and Veronica makes the otherwise complicated and tough process very easy and enjoyable. She started the class with a live demonstration paired with very clear and precise verbal instructions. Then the group proceeded with the steps together to ensure no one was left behind and everyone had adequate attention and instruction from Veronica. We did not move on to the next step until everyone was ready. Even my 11 year old could follow along. They have many other classes lined up for the fall. I’ll be looking forward to challah bread and pretzels. 5 stars is not enough!

We had the BEST experience with the macaron class. My daughter and I attended the class and we really enjoyed it!!! Chef Veronica and Mark are amazing! They explained every step and the results were just perfect!! We will definitely register for more classes!!
