We accidentally got someone's order and called them to let them know we weren't the rightful destination. I called after some confusion about doing a custom order and Carol answered! After eating these cookies for 10 years, I felt like I was talking to a celebrity. I love to bake and my chocolate chip cookies are pretty good, but I cannot get close to her oatmeal raisin! Our local stores used to carry the cookies, but don't anymore so I'm splurging on a custom order. This company's customer service is really amazing.
