Love this place! Great selection, delicious food. We always do take-out so I can't speak to the experience inside the restaurant, but the ambiance is lovely and the staff always friendly.
I have eaten at many, many sushi restaurants over the years. Fujiyama is by far the best sushi I have ever eaten in my life without question. Fujiyama's sushi is simply magical.

Price point is fair for the quantity and quality.
I often get the tempura udon and the batter is always crispy and light while the udon broth has more of an anchovy flavor like you'd find in Korean kalguksu (I personally find it delicious). Friends who have ordered the katsu have enjoyed it consistently.
