Came in on Dec. 12th for dinner. We do not have a Grill House in Milwaukee so this was my 1st experience. Its a fast casual place. Order at a counter and then find a seat. Man....my skirt steak sammich was really good. I asked for medium and thats what I got. A slightly pink center. Impressive. I'll definitely consider when I come back down.

WILL NOT RETURN. Long time customer. Ordered salad and received a bowl that was half full and no chicken. I paid over $20. I talked to a woman and she said that has always been the portion. Who is she trying to kid? Poor answer since I go there a lot. She told a girl to add more lettuce and told me to go sit down, I refused to go sit. Chicken was also added to my plate. We no longer get a soda, its almost $5 each! We've called them out on serving cold soup, chicken and rice. As I read reviews people ate catching on. Do no recommend and will not return. Too bad, used to be good.

In the 3 months that took to remodel our kitchen we dined at Grill house at least 3 times a week. Great place! Friendly and family like atmosphere. Not to mention the wait staff specifically a lady named Galina. Very sweet and tentative and always carries a smile on her face.

A great go to place for lunch or dinner with the family. We enjoy everything but the burgers are a real standout with the kids. We also really enjoy the large take home meal deals (chicken and gyros) which we have ordered several times for parties. Highly recommend for the price.

The food could be great if they would just cook it. I ordered a Shrimp souvlaki & they did not cook it all the way and I was violently sick for 2 days. I thought it was just a fluke, 2 weeks later, I ordered a Bifteki which is lamb & ground beef & it was raw meat on the inside & I would not dare touch it out of fear of an ER visit. I checked other reviews on here & it seems to be a lot of complaints about undercooked food so this is a pattern & that is bad. They are trying to kill people with undercooked meals. The manager was gracious and not only refunded my money but gave me a credit towards another meal but I am just too scared to go back. It’s too bad because otherwise it’s a nice place with great choices. Cooks need retraining.

0/10 stars. The chicken’s undercooked, everything’s drowning in grease, and management acts like they’re rationing napkins in a war zone. Overpriced beyond belief. Want an extra side of tzatziki? You’ll pay for it—and they’ll still forget it in your bag, along with your soup. No idea why people still line up for this mess.

I'm starting to like this place a bit in particular for their menu which is a fusion of Chicago style/Greek & Italian fare.
Clean & spacious eatery boasts some good eats at reasonable prices and very friendly service. Earlier this February was our 2nd time dining here and man was it packed.
I'm glad to see a local business attracting plenty of customers and surviving the economy. I always try my best to support local.
We just got done roaming around Northbrook Court prior to dining here. We live pretty far north in Lake Co so time will tell when the next time we'll be in town but Grill House is definitely another hit on my go-to list.

Instead of focusing on a few good menu items, they take the Cheesecake Factory approach and offer you 100 different mediocre options that are all microwaved and overpriced. On top of the lousy food, the manager appeared to be very upset as he was barking orders at his staff. Avoid this place like the plague.

I generally like the wide variety of food here with the exception of the chicken gyro, which isn't a Chicago-style chicken gyro at all. It's just chopped chicken breast on pita bread with no gyro flavor. If you ask for extra meat on your chicken gyro, you get this weird bowl of more chopped chicken bits on the side.
